For both Gibraltar and the Falklands you can just do Non-Historical and if Britain does "Withdraw from the Contested Territories" you get the states for free.
When I was doing the "Freegypt"-achievement, I also got "Turing Complete!". With no Spy Agency. So, as far as I can tell, because I was still a British puppet (though I think I'd gotten it up by a level by that point), it counted the British Agency as mine, and because I took my time with the with the game (I did do the convoy lend lease and participated in the fighting, but otherwise I wasn't rushing anything) the Brits finished decrypting all of the Axis members on their own. So I got the achievement, as I'm sure Paradox absolutely intended. Kinda like I got "Sunset Invasion" by taking some of Spain as Mexico. While still in the Allies, and the achievement specifies that you have to be in a faction that ONLY has South American members or puppets... No idea what happened with that one.

You can get the seducer coup achievement by going to version 1.8 I think (or 1.9) . Btw you can get a coup at the very beginning of the game if you play as non-aligned japan and stage a coup in the east indies right off the bat
It’d be a good idea to do Hardly Anything Sèvres and Nightmare of Meiji in the same playthrough since both require you to invade Japan as the Ottoman Empire.
For the Munich Disagreement achievement you can just paradrop into Munich when the war starts and boom achievement. For the one where you have to capture Jerusalem as Monarchist Poland you can do the fascist thing (I think it's the Cossack King can't remember) Join the Axis early and paradrop into Jerusalem from Rhodes when the war starts Same concept with the one where you have to capture Jerusalem as fascist South Africa but you go South Africa First, make a faction with Italy and then do the focus where you declare war on the UK.
