the intro cutscene can be skipped, although i played the game dozens of times i dont know which button, i smash either ESC, SPACE or ENTER

oh you gotta mod the hell out of it. ive got a pretty good long list that adds some qol and armor and sht. swadian armory open source armory/weaponry/saddlry custom troop/select all kingdom culture custom culture changing culture those pretty much add more armor and let you pick custom culture so uc an customize your troops when youre a king. also changes city/settlement culture over time surrender tweaks reinforcement system battlesize perfect fire arrows raisee your torch horses euorpe map diplomacy dismemberment plus blood mod banner fix banner editor artems lively animations immersive battlefields kingdom politics expanded mcm detailed character creation better exception window agriculture estate updated small talk rts camera

Man this video got me feeling like some bannerlord again

Just got back into the game a few weeks ago after about a year long break. I stopped playing because they were doing a frequent amount of Updates, and the king I was fighting for kept sending castles to other MF’s even though I would be RIGHT next to the castle, AND I was the main force to capture it! So yea. Was not happy. So started a new world a few weeks ago and recently won my first 2:1 by 32 troops. Very fun!
