I Pushed Myself Too Hard On Thailand Motorbike Tour

I did too much on the prior day and found out that I just pushed myself too hard on the East Coast Thailand motorbike tour. Day 3 starts off with me feeling happy and energetic, but that quickly falls apart. My first stop was a very unique bridge in a small fishing alcove. I've never seen a bridge like this and I had to test my willingness to climb it. Unfortunately, shortly after getting back on my bike I started to feel very weak. After stopping for some food, I decided to call it a day early and go relax in the city of Trat. I just felt so exhausted and was making mistakes on the bike, so it was time for a break. The next morning doesn't start off much better, as my microphone did not record the first crucial minutes of audio as I started my day. These things happen. I made up for it by hiking up to a beautiful little waterfall. My next stop was the narrowest part of Thailand, something that I was excited to see. Lunch at the Thailand/Cambodia border was quick and easy. Stay tuned for the next episode, as I will take you guys to the island of Koh Chang.

I'm sorry you weren't feeling well, but you really made the best of it with that awesome hotel in Trat. Then, your mic didn't work and you still went out and showed us amazing places. We really appreciate all you do man and this is another great motorbike tour!

Yeah, I just push myself too hard the day before. I started making mistakes on the bike, and I decided it wasn’t worth the risk. That’s why I just packed it in and rested for the remainder of the day.

Sometimes things just catch up with us and we need just to rest. Your been traveling a lot and it does take it out of you. Glad you form a nice hotel and rested really nice waterfall and there was a hand rail on the bridge !!!!!! 😊 take it easy Serg

Hi Serg, sorry to hear about you feeling unwell and the bad recording of your trip the day before...hope you'll get well soon. Get more rest...Rayong is quiet by day and night as well...quite unusual scene...the little fishing village with an unusual high levels bridge, acting like a control tower for the surrounding...colourful fishing boats 🚢 😀 that hotel is good enough in Trat..the waterfall scene is epics....blend with nature'sbest....the border town visits and the Thai police car - a BMW F10 is interesting...get some more rest beforeheading to Kor Chang Island...thanks Serg for bringing us along this fascinating journey of fun and discovery 🎉😂

I just overdid it the day before and I think I was a little exhausted. I’m perfectly fine now and on the island. I will have at least two or three videos of my adventures here on the island.

That’s exactly what it was. After sleeping it off I felt much better. I just really overdid it the day before as I went to too many different locations in one day.

One thing that I found out on my last trip to Thailand last month is that police cars in the provinces outside of Bangkok are actually leased from a leasing company. That BMW police car is more than likely leased. I met someone who works at a leasing company that leases out police cars to provincial police departments.

The problem with that is, I have no plan. I have a general idea of where I’m going, but I pick my destinations and hotels every morning. It’s a very spontaneous thing.

Serg. I've just came back from Rayong and Chantaburi myself. Both place are quite lively (for their standard) this past weekend. I don't know what happen to Laemsing though. It has more tourist 5-10 years ago than today. Perhaps, it's a combination of post-pandemic and people go to Kungviman beach instead.

Hi Serg! My mother was born in Rayong and there is a street that is named after her maiden name. Apparently, her great-grandfather was an important person there, like a Governor or something similar. By the way, RAYONG is pronounced with a soft (a), RAAH-YONG.

There is a lack of oxygen in thailand in some province i had or have breathing problem make you feel not well once you stay in air condition things getting better

You're headed to Koh Chang and it's a great way to spend a week. If you decide to go to Koh Kood definitely take the slow boat not the speed boat. Trust me.

Yes would be better enjoiyed with a loved one, and not much to do at night time but if you want to have some good food and relax on some of the most untouched white sand beaches in Thailand with minimal touristsfor a couple of days it can't be beat. I literally had my Leonardo dicaprio "wow" moment from the beach movie when I walked out onto them for the first time. Palm tree lined. @@LifewithSerg

What is the make/model of your helmet and where did you get it at? Large helmets are so hard to find here in Thailand.

There’s there’s actually no issue, finding large, motorcycle clothing or helmets. If you go to one of the better shops. The two places I would recommend are Panda Rider, and Paddock Pro shop. my helmet is a cheap one made by a Thai company called “daddy“. It was only ฿2400.

I had to call the bank for a loan. Lmao. It’s funny, but after living here for almost 2 years, you start looking at prices of things in relative terms to what you’re used to here. It is of course, ridiculously cheap by Western standards.

I wanted air-conditioning and just to sit down. I was exhausted from overdoing the day before. Nothing to do with the food. I stopped saying goodbye at the end of the videos because they had a very final tone to it. It’s never really a goodbye.

@@LifewithSerg during the summer It's extremely hot there. Many of my friends' homes are in the eastern region. I go there quite often. But during this time I haven't traveled to the Eastern region for almost a year.
