This is incredible. I quit my dream job a couple years ago a chose myself and felt amazing. Unfortunately I had to step back into an office job a year after in order to y'know pay rent and live, and now here I am, wanting to quit my current job because I want to pursue my passions and just live my life. You will figure it out. Congrats on restarting your life and i wish you absolutely nothing but the best ♡

I can relate whole heatedly. I've been at my job a year and almost 9 months. I've not been happy with it for months but I stick with it because I don't want to seem like I give up on jobs, but like you said I am neglecting myself and my self care went out the window. I need to make a change 😭
I’m learning that nourishing yourself and making yourself a priority allows for less resentment when serving others. You have to make sure your cup is full and only give from what overflows.
