Just when I think it can't get worse it does. Every single time it can it does in chapter 3. Sinclair was just a happy looking boy, but turns out theirs's just so much trauma with him.
Honestly Sinclair had been giving me the vibes of a traumatised little mew mew but this chapter not only confirmed that but even when even above and beyond 😭
Btw, some people think that Saude is one of the kids from Virgilius's orthinage in leviathan(she looks nearly identical) . That's why she wanted to meet him.
That’s makes it even sadder… knowing this vergilious would likely be depressed about it- he has been looking for survivors of the orphanage and knowing that one he failed to protect tried to meet him..
If in that last room where the inquisitor were torturing someone, you stop Sinclair from saving the prosthesis, he will accept but glare at you vexingly. And if you stop him again on the 2nd floor, he’ll be like “No... No... How could-!”, questioning our decision like we’re some monster. I do encourage you to accept his every request to save people because he’s best boy 👍
To be honest i'm seeing a pattern. Every side character dies after they say or is asked to joined the group. I mean yuri died shortly after rodian asked her to joined the group. And efffie and saude died after they effie said they will join the group. It's like the world is saying. Please don't join them
EVERYONE doing combat in the team has died. Literally. The members are not exceptions, it's just that they have insurance. Not even the main cast is safe from death via combat.
19:05 Counter skills have their own values, I think. It's just that Everything There of An Inquisitor has a unique counter skill that copies the value of the coin that attacked it.
Numbing your pain nerves seems a great idea on paper, but on practice its a great way of getting killed. Making them less sensible is probably a better choice.
My guy continues to not read that the flesh inquisitors counter die specifically says it takes after the skill that you hit them with, so you better either stagger them with your hit or hit them first with a low dmg single coin skill. Man, never change
@@moritzw.7030 As for the Vent itself, its hard to kind of tell maybe L corp wanted an extra exit escape for emergencies and paid the family to use there basement seeing as it was so deep down and it was the closest they had in terms of an escape?
Nothing There fans when Everything There enters the room... Their counter copies the attack used to strike them, so it's ill-advised to attack into their counters.
19:11 You could've known that if you waited a sec and read the skill on their pages lol (I also got bodied by it the first time) It doubly sucks because if they don't take damage during a turn they get a stack of Instinct (one of their passives) which makes them hit harder, so you just have to throw weak skills into them sometimes to just eat it.
When Dante says "dead or wounded" he might be referring to sinners that were providing passives or were just not selected for battle Also the everything there inquisitors' defense thing is basically a counter die that does the same amount of damage as the roll used against it
If you’re wondering why you can only heal at safe points, remember that Dante feels the pain of all the wounds the sinners have/had. That means the lad is in a lot of pain and is basically immobilized when he’s in the process of bringing someone back. Gameplay wise, the dungeon corridors are “safe” but story wise they aren’t.
...This is a lobotomy corporation facility. Those are built like a reverse tree of life, so it makes sense those are there. It's weird that it says the sephirahs name, but its probably so its more recognizable
@@tipherethscrub982 it's a branch. Branches don't have the sephirot and their teams aren't called like them either. Plus it looks like it's written in chalk and doesn't look damaged
Makes me wonder wtf N Corp sell as a company? W Corp is "warp" transportation, Old L Corp was energy, R Corp is PMC, but I can't understand what N Corp does.
Stored memories that’s what someone said, which is why they value human experiences like pain the most. Which is why it is a taboo to record videos in n corp which got vergils office in trouble because they had a recording of N corp nest. Because they believe that experiences must be felt first hand, prosthetics and tech that desecrate one’s experience to be taboo.
@@HarambaeXelonmuskfans Spoiler for Leviathan: They mention in Leviathan that it must've been some high end taboo because his office is completely annihilated with no warning or negotiation.
@@HarambaeXelonmuskfans moses only got a recording which is violation of rule 12 i think but vergillus office was annihilated for violating another rule
Spoilers for Canto V: The fact that, other than Sinclair, it was Gregor and Ishmael that responded most strongly to Saude’s ‘death’ flipping broke me man. Gregor is self-explanatory, esp since his Canto came before this, but Ishmael’s reaction lines up with her background and the themes in Canto V scarily well: more specifically the theme of sacrifice and how warped and messed up that idea is. No doubt in this moment Ishmael was getting Ahab flashbacks. PM really planned out the story this far ahead huh
