Once I ran for my evening run and the idea came to my mind to arrange a test for myself and run 7 days in a row. In order to have an incentive not to jump off and perform the experiment, I decided to film it all. It was not easy, but I did it (although I missed 1 day, but increased the distance the next, I had an 8 km run in the forest).
I took measurements at the beginning of the experiment and showed the results at the end of the video!
Pros of daily running:
