The general topics for this video are the Roman republic and the Roman empire, mostly focusing on armour and on "facts", some of which are unfortunately myths.
Other than that ancient Greece seems to be a recurring popular topic on TikTok together with the Medieval period, specifically knight content. Quite a few things to debunk there too.
Ultimately not all the tiktoks I watched on this video were, bad. Some were a little superficial, others were actually good so maybe there is some hope that at least not everything that has to do with history ends up being videos of cats.
