I also think this is part of why the "friendzone" concept exists. I'm definitely generalizing here, but I feel like a lot of guys aren't open with each other about their problems and how they're feeling. They're not vulnerable with each other, whereas women are. So when women talk to a male friend about their problems, and the guy talks to her about his, he thinks of it as a much more intimate thing than she does, and he feels a connection while she doesn't. She sees it as being a friend, because that's how she is with her friends, but he sees it as being more than friends because he isn't like that with his friends. Again, that was definitely an overheneralization. It isnt like this with every male/female friendship. Not every man is brought up with the "get over it and be a man" kind of thing, but it's common enough that this is an issue.

I actually avoid being friends with men, because I feel like they want something more from me. A lot of the times it is not true, but thanks to guys like this or "nice guys" I just don't want to risk anything.

Totally, like if a guy tried any of his “tips and tricks” on myself or any of my friends in a dating situation it would be an instant blocking his number and dropping him like a rock. Especially the flaky girl nonsense, I have a job and a life dude.

Very obviously weak. Does this guy not have a place to live? I'm 10 minutes in and he's just walking in public in random places or...leaning on walls of buildings? Go home dude. I had to stop and read the comments cause he's so boring despite Kurtis making it fun. This dude just sucks the air out of the room.
