2 Chicken Drums and Thighs
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
After 2 Hours Add 1 Cup Potato Starch
*Oil Scallions:
2 Tbsp Oil
1 bunch Scallions
Cooking for about 3-5 minutes
*Fish Sauce:
1 Can Côc Rico
2 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
chili
*Fried Rice:
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp Fried Shallots
3 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Soy Saue

I have been doing some reading on sauces and I watch that RU-vid channel on food history. It turns out the basis of most sauces is fermented fish. So fish sauce is more common than we realize. Worcestershire sauce is built off of fish sauce.
