Nowadays a 4 year old can beat anyone becuse the game is cheese pay to win nonsense. There is no skill requirements in this game anymore. It is a luck based RNG game. There was no development, it has digressed from a strategic card game to a childrens game of war where my car that i drew had a bigger number so I win.

@@K1ll3rbl4d3e it is entirely pay to win and there is no skill gap, sorry. It’s pay to win with each season if you don’t pay for all the cards you are at a major disadvantage. Many of the new cards and legendaries being fsr stronger then previous sets. Therefor if you don’t pay for them, when you try to earn them you are at a disadvantage until you finally get all the packs. That’s literally the definition of pay to win. Secondly there is very little skill. You look up a top tier deck, craft it, you can ladder climb super easily. If you have even a basic understanding of card games it is an extremely easy game, especially if you have the money.

I pretty much only play Wild with older decks because then at least I understand the cards I play with.

It’s wild to see them clear and rebuild entire boards almost every turn with some of these cards. When I played hs if the other player cleared your entire board you basically lost on the spot unless they were low enough to kill with burn

Its still busted but other decks like bomb rogue or (shudder) concoction rogue or druid 20 mana are just unbeatable. Rogue in particular the one that equips the 14 damage dagger on round 2 literally doesn't let you defend. I just have to look at the screen while 20 0 mana cards are played on round 1 and round two is equally as baffling

@@bevvvy1374 Denathrius needs to eat, leeroy combo went up to 32 damage maximum and you could play it in parts before turn 10 (remember, almost no healing and no generic armor gain). I played back in the day, miracle and freeze mage was about as "interactive" as you could possible get, Sire doesn't compete. And yeah, I played mostly miracle and freeze 😅

The last time they showed what Bazaar was up to, it wasn't dependant on time. You're not playing at the exact same time as your opponent, you build your "deck" and strategy along a journey and let the autobattle do its work so even if you're offline your latest saved setup could still battle people. Therefore, animation time is simply not a problem.

@@spectrecular9721 Yes, I think Super Auto Pets does a similar thing and Reynad claims they stole their idea and released it first. I don't know how much of the claims are true, though. I'm mostly excited for Bazaar for the blessed visuals tbh.

I came back for like a dozen games before quitting again, it's really stupid now. Admittedly I could of dumped a bunch of money in to it to get a top tier deck of new cards, but that wouldn't really remove what I dislike about it now, it would just give me the option to do it too.

Any card taken from 2022 and plopped in to original HS would be absurdly OP, no matter how bad it is now.
