Just got 13 mins in, and holy cow, using a meat grinder to grind beans better than a food processor, and saving 8 grand in the process, is just... wow. This whole endeavour is really impressive already. Really captures how good ideas can come out of tough situations. I'm not even much of a beef jerky guy (had some, even the hottest and savoriest ones I could find were way too sweet for my taste), but this is still heartwarming and captivating to watch.
