Nice little Mustang! You have my admiration and memories of days of old. I used to have such steady hands and would detail most everything on a model. Now, nerve damage from carpal tunnel, diabetic neuropathy and arthritis have taken their toll. But there was a day when I would have had that trim done too. Now days I build for fun for me. It keeps my hands going as therapy. My best friend is one of those retrieval tools that you push the plunger on one end and the four little fingers pop out on the other. The thought of having to crawl around getting a part from naturally the most inaccessible spot under the bench does not thrill me in the slightest. I'm too danged old for that. That tool grabbed the shock absorber from the Nova gasser kit I'm building. By the way, those 1/32 kit bodies found their way on a lot of slot cars back.in the day. There were the clear body shells too, we used to paint them from the underside with fingernail polish. The kit bodies looked nicer though but they were heavier. Enough of an old man rambling on....LOL Cheers Terry

One thing i noticed when the mustang first showed up in traffic is how they rode high in the front... and looked totally baddazz with air shocks and Radial TA's 😁

That looks great. I really like those amt 1/32 scale kits. I built the corvette from that series, and it's a pretty nice kit as well. The color looks great. The wheels really set it off nicley

Cool! I need to find this kit. I recently did the '32 Ford Coupe in the same series, and the '63 Corvette before that. Amazon has the Firebird which I'll get next. But I haven't seen the Mustang yet in 1/32.

Great job! I think the resin replacement wheels are a vast improvement over the lame ones in the box.

Nice looking little 'stang. I remember seeing them in the showroom. Personally I prefer the full fastback over the 2+2.

I guess I'll be on the lookout for this one... I did the 1/32 60 Tbird and 1/32 32 Ford V8 and both came out really nice I think...

I did the 1/32 Shelby version by Monogram version and it came out pretty nicely I think.

The wheels really make it look more realistic given its size. Do you have a separate space to display your smaller scale models?
