There's actually custom servers for the LBP games, so you can still play the classic levels with friends or meet new people which is pretty cool, it helps me relive my childhood

I think if MM came back with LBP4 and some (major) tweaks to the game, Playstation marketing, and talented devs to make custom levels, it could be absolutely insane.

Fuck, the news of all that UGC being lost hits me in my fucking chest. I remember like, last year I desperately wanted to go back and replay the levels from my childhood but couldn't because I no longer have a PS3 and my account has been lost to time. Knowing that now I'll never get to go back and play those levels again because _zero effort_ was made to archive them, that rends my fucking soul from my body. I remember all these 'roleplay' levels that were boring as fuck but had fun little interactions and these impressively gorgeous environments from shit like lakehouses to futuristic city-scapes. There was this one game called some shit like "Chaos City" or "Mayhem Arena" or something, which was a straight-up FFA side-scrolling shooter with interactive/destructive elements like jumping through windows or ziplining from one building to another. I sunk so much time into that fucking level and its variations with different maps and I've wanted to replay it to see how it holds up, but now I just _can't_ and that kills me a little inside. I like your bouncy and shitposty presentation by the way. I look forward to checking out your other work. :>

Dude, even if you got into this franchise from LBP3, I cannot express how much respect I have for you to have make this video not just for knowledge and funnies, but as a Tribute for the Little Big Planet franchise. LBP was quite literally my childhood. I basically grew up with it and never stopped playing it as a kid, and was really good with logic at the time! Nowadays I just play it to create music, though my memory of how logic works is still there.

finding out that lbp was gone forever hit me. i've been playing since the first game and i've played every installment besides the handheld games and loved all of them. i've always been a fond lover of lbp3 just because of how big it was compared to the others, even if the story was a bit lacking and if it was very buggy goofing around in the moon, playing with my two brothers, using the dive in feature and playing with/terrorizing random people, trying to ace all the levels, trying to get free dlc and most video relevant watching movies, everything about it was an experience. littlebigplanet is a game that i will forever treasure. it just had something about it that was unbeatable. it sucks that everything that made the game what it is now is all unplayable and can only really be experienced by youtubers (thank you :pray:), but hey on the slim chance that the game does get a new installment, i will be playing, but for now my best option is buying a ps3 and setting up one of the various alternative servers, or going back to my roots and fooling around in the moon!! at least levels are exportable/importable, that's the next best thing.. good video though, and the movie was in fact peak... that reverse race was truly intense..

While Gram did mention that there's an archival channel on RU-vid for player created music and numerous videos of old UGC levels, there are two ways to play LBP 'online': Custom servers (I don't know how you'd do it on PS3/PS4, but RPCS3 is amazing for emulating LBP and custom servers on PC) and the Little Big Archive, which has as many player created levels as they could muster, all of them are free to download and import into your game and it works on console and RPCS3.

LittleBigplanet was one of the first games that I fell in love with, the music and art style are like nothing else (can't wait for restitched.) Now, 16 years later, I still see myself thinking about it on a regular basis and occasionally spend a good few months playing it by being a pirate. It hurts that the official servers are gone, but maybe with more content creators showing an interest in it we could see a 4th instalment.

The editing on this video is the best! LittleBigPlanet 3 brings me so much Memories. Sad the servers got shutdown, i remember having a game which i made with my sister (who sadly succumbed to lung cancer last year:( Which we played all day long, i miss her so much) This game was a huge part of my life and its i shame it is gone. But the community and the memories we had will never dissappear. Fly high LBP, fly high.

this has the perfect flavor of early LBP2 humor I can tell that youre one of the real ones! also! if you want to publish levels to your earth you can just join the private LBP servers! theyre available both on pc through a PS3 emulator and on the PS3 itself!
