Thanks for the review. Meditation is like a healthy diet for your mind. You may not see the benefits immediately but over a lifetime the benefits are cumulative and profound.
100% it is! However, at least for me, it’s way easier to get into this peaceful state of mind using something that guides me. Kind of like working out with a personal trainer who tells you exactly what to do, it feels so much easier and results come faster. I have learned so many tools for mental health from Aura content, however, I still believe it's also very important to "workout without a trainer too" and at 8:46 of this video, I talk about this and how it should be done correctly. Hope this helped! 😊
It's all about balance and intentionality. I don't think all tech, phones or apps are bad, just how we use them. So many things in our lives make it better if know how to use them, and make it worse if we don't. RU-vid is an excellent example of this.
I'm glad to hear that OAK is working for you! 🌟 I haven't tried it myself, but as the saying goes, 'you get what you pay for,' and sometimes investing in a premium service can yield substantial benefits. At least in my opinion Aura certainly provides with a significant return on the investment ✌️ Additionally, I have noticed that free services often have other hidden costs or monetization strategies via ads, so the user ends up being the product after all. However, it's so important to choose the option that aligns best with your preferences and needs. Thanks for sharing your perspective! 🌱
