I Tried Every Burger King Menu Item and Regret It 

The most hilarious thing is the ch'king sandwich was genuinely good. Like a solid high A-tier sandwich. So naturally burger king got rid of it.

The fact that even a dog passed up Burger King food is the most damning evidence of its inedibility. A dog refusing to eat ANY food is wild.

I love the ambiguity of 'youd need a body bag if you ate all of that', it could, obviously, refer to death, vomiting a whole person's mass, or getting so angry that you kill a man.

Burger King is really dependent on what location people are ordering from. The location I have is actually really good. The customer service is pretty good, with the staff members not always wanting to kill themselves. And the bacon/stacker king is my favorite thing to order from there.

The nuggets used to be shaped like crowns, and used a different type of breading. They changed them a few years back to be similar to the McDonald nugget.

My grandfather, who died at 96 years old, used to take my sister and I to burger king now and then. I was a small child at the time, but it's super memorable. Core memories. It was a treat for him more than us, but we got to hang out with our grandpa, get some fast food, and get a toy. Since those days I've had it once and it was fine. Not something I'm actively seeking out, but I wouldn't pass it up if someone put it in front of me at lunch time.

Former Burger King "Team Member" here. Our district had franchises competing against each other to see which one could offer the fastest service possible. 90% of the food we made was botched on arrival simply because we had to move fast and throw them together; we usually forgot to even pick the shaker up to put seasoning on the burgers, it was that chaotic. Corporate was fucking useless, too - it nearly took them 3 weeks to acknowledge a pipe leak that threatened our dry storage, and another week to get it repaired. And yes, the Ch'King was our best menu item just by the grace of the chicken being freshly hand-breaded twice by an employee before deep-fried. The breading was the one thing not frozen.

The funniest shit when watching this video, for me, was getting a fucking Burger King midroll ad. Charlie finishes nearly vomiting a burger and the ad plays, made my day.

I've recently learned just how spoiled the local Burger King made me. For many years, they would be my go-to for fast food, and I never understood the BK hate until I tried other places. It's WILD how different the same line of stuff can taste between different establishments. My place even seasons the fries right! It's almost as if they are forced to taste their own food lol.

I fully believe that Burger King staff meetings begin with requesting the employees to sit on all the buns before service. Not once in my life have I ever seen a Burger King bun that wasn’t squashed completely flat.

I live in canada and the burger king near me has like the absolute best manager. He makes sure his staff cooks up the food properly while also making them look like gourmet burgers. Dude has like 5 restaurant awards on the wall and he deserves every single one of them 😁

A couple years ago, some buddies decided to do a "nuggie run" which consists of buying as many nuggets as possible. And they went to burger King, and got somewhere around like 300 nuggies and it was glorious

As someone who used to work at Burger King, I can explain why half or more of these food items are kinda shitty as best I can. It is because we have a hold time of 5 days instead of the usual standard of 1-3 days for literally anything. And we are also told that we have a drive through hold time of 3 minutes or less, which forces the managers and older cashiers like myself, I was 25, now I'm 26, to essentially do the work of 2 people, alongside kids that basically have the labor output of one whole worker for 2 people. These places also suffer from heavy mismanagement. When we were shortstaffed, instead of rewarding me or just... letting me stay a cashier there and hire more drive through and kitchen workers, they responded by hiring more children and defecting me to the drive-through to take orders, and then lessened the shifts from a whole week for me to like 3 days per week to compensate for the extra labor. This place was the final push I needed to use my 4-8 years of customer service experience to get a good work at home job and a nice apartment. I quit. P.S.: I will never eat the Impossible Whopper simply because from the back it smells like it came out of a garbage can.

The appeal in France is that BK sometimes produces pretty good quality burgers for limited time, for like Winter they got burgers made with Raclette cheese, in summer they got a few themes like burgers designed by actual french chefs or Espelette pepper. They're more expensive but they always are quite original and tasty in their own way.

Here in Australia BK (re-named as Hungry jacks because bk was already taken) is actually really good, I worked at one for a little bit over a year and their best Burger by fat was the fried chicken one

Burger King is a HUGE hit or miss. The burger king by me has the original chicken sandwich and its one of my favorite fast food sandwiches especially since theres usually a coupon for 2 of them and 2 small fries for 4$. But then you go to the next one over and they serve an undercooked patty on a bun burnt so bad you wonder how it even ended up so burnt without the whole building burning down too.

As some people have already stated, for some reason Burger King varies with its quality from place to place. The one at my old university campus was actually really good, the whopper there was great and the fries were seasoned pretty good. I went to another place in the middle of a road trip and it was god awful. The place even smelled terrible. It’s like a Burger King paradox that for every one good BK, there’s another terrible one

Tbh, the burger king from where I live is actually pretty good. I wasn't even interested in trying the nuggets (even though they could probably be good) but, I got good burgers especially the bacon king, and pretty decent fries, drinks, etc. It's not really that terrible from where I live. I give mines a solid B tier.

Burger King is the embodiment of Fast food loot boxes. You can have some of the best food at one, while the other you get food poisoning. One of the best fast food places I’ve gone to was a Burger King in Dallas Texas at 3am, which served actual good burgers, and coke was a 9/10 even after a day sitting out. The service is really dependent on where u get it, and what service they give u. They are the imbodiment of gambling for good, or “going-to send you to a hospital.” Type of food.

I worked at BK when they first came out with the Impossible. That thing smells rank when it’s in the heated container (I think the sunflower seed oil- smells like dog food) but tastes pretty solid. If it weren’t so dry I’d eat it over a normal whopper any day.
