I sometimes do the 16/8 myself, its very good for everything, our brains and everything. Try the egg fast diet!! I've done it twice, apart from wanting to puke, i did loose weight!

I am actually loving fasting im on week 3 now I wouldn’t do any ‘diets’ I just prioritise protein and Fiber I’m my meals and I feel so much better for it

@@fitwithliz the so called egg fast diet is a 3 day eating plan wjere you only eat eggs, cheese, and fat (oil, butter). Investigate for entertainment purposes only!

Hi, I was looking for a video about intermittent fasting. Found your video love it ! May I ask you a question how tall are you? Reason I ask is because I saw that you do it around almost 2000 cals per day, I am around 1790, avoiding bread 🍞 think it's related to height...

hiya I am 5’4 and these calories are personal to me based on my activity levels, steps etc I eat 1900 cals per day maybe up your protein? or re calculate your calories if it’s not working for youn

@fitwithliz HI thank you for answer and follow up well I am 5.3 so no much difference what happen is that if I eat bread, I feel really saturated and my belly swells and also I have notice I start to lose definition guess my diet has to be around 50%protein 25 fat and 26 carbs I am doing intermittent fast now cause of you by te way 😁
