Dodds my guy, im real excited for this series. As someone who sees himself as more of a support player i cant wait to learn! Would be interested for you to look at post game damage stats and disect them a little!! As some fun trivia, Halo 3 released when i was 15. I had been on the family computer and accidentally left the window up for a video called "Fisting fun" My mum discovered this and told me off when i was on headset with the boys, they didnt let me live it down for ages. This is literally what I needed to watch. After doing my placements I've been running into Cirque de Soleil movement kings moving at warp speed and I cannot keep up. I need a way to contribute without being a kill leader because it's few and far between now. Gonna rewatch this before I play tonight.

I try and try again to fix my settings but every damn time I log into the game it resets my settings. I dropped rank pretty bad because none of the settings I try work for me. I play consistently and try and try to get better but I feel like the more I try the worse I get. I also can’t really play ranked at the moment because if I did I’d have to solo queue because all my friends are… not the best at halo. Fun to play with them but not very good. I’ve been trying to help them get better so at some point I don’t have to solo queue and get that one really bad teamate that gets a -14.6 kda. I honestly don’t know how you get onyx like this so I decided to try and play with the tips you’ve given on your other videos and it went well, better than my matches before. I’m really thankful for your tips because they really do help me. Keep up the amazing work.

Really excited to see this content in diamond lobbies. I slayed out in gold and plat lobbies. Hit mid diamond and had to start thinking like a sloth

I put my pin on my down mouse wheel. Im constantly pin enemy now. Its help win so many games. Dont fear the ping. Weaponize it.

Btw team shooting is the first thing I teach my people. It's by far what sets people apart in rank

Lol! At very least this could be the funniest series😆. I believe everyone was getting placed in gold, though MMR is heavily driven by your kills to death ratio. Being the guy who gets assists and doesn’t get flanked in higher ranks may be a challenge, certain maps like Argyle and Empyrean being so long will be difficult to just go for melees. You should definitely consider adding Ninjas where needed. If I had to guess, you could get Onyx, but it would probably take longer than 30 days. I do think showing how to be affective with assists and get the higher Win/loss ratio would be important for others to see. I know pros like Apg have said that they don’t care about stats because he understands how to play the role the team needs for the win. I was hoping for a Sloth and Turtle series but if that can’t happen this will definitely be fun to watch.

Me and a buddy did this in doubles Halo 5 a few years ago and we got to Onyx. Was trying to reach Champion but that didn't work out😂

Possible is subjective in Halo. What's impossible for me may not be impossible for other players. Never underestimate the skill gap. I would say keep at it. Try to achieve the impossible.

PINGing/Marking = WIN! That's it! You can be the best player in your team but if you are not pinging, you will lose. Players go to rank don't know how to play rank, they just go rambo mode like BTB unfortunately.... I wish I got teamates that aren't lazy on the pings!

I’ll go ahead and be the devil’s advocate and say it’s not possible. The matchmaking algorithm pushes hard for a 50% win ratio, so no matter how good you are you can expect to only win half your games. So the way to rank up is to get more csr on wins than you lose on losses. But if you’re playing support heavily like this, you won’t have the kills necessary to gain csr fast enough. I hope you prove me wrong. Either way, I’m along for the ride. Let’s gooo!

Every time I sneak around, my teammates run past me and give away my position

I’m not willing to say it’s not possible but I think it’s gonna be hard af. Someone correct me if I’m wrong please but I’m not sure assists have much of an affect on your CSR gains like the KD does. I think in games you lose even if you have a bunch of assists the low KD would make you drop more than you’d gain. I am absolutely cheering you on to prove me wrong tho. I’d love you see you pull this off.
