Elon Musk REVEALS to Joe Rogan that he tried going to Mark Zuckerbergs house to confront him! and what Dana White told Elon Musk #joerogan #jre #elonmusk
He kind of didn't though, he used a few anecdotes to go against what is a very a general and good rule - if someone is 50+lbs heavier than you and relatively fit physically it's going to be a massive uphill struggle in no holds barred combat.
@@falcodarkzz "if someone is 50+lbs heavier than you and relatively fit physically it's going to be a massive uphill struggle in no holds barred combat." That is just not true. If some is physically fit but has zero knowledge of combat sport, he's gonna get rolled by a guy half his size who's an expert in jiu jitsu.
He is not explaining it to Joe , it's a discussion. You're allowed to argument out of your field of competence or else Joe would be silent in 95% if his podcasts. That how you learn from people that are better informed than you.
It's obviously not his field of expertise. He's just trying to make conversation about something he doesn't really have interests in. His brain typically operates on a much higher caliber & and focuses on more intellectual topics than sitting around discussing fighting sports..
For those who may not know, Elon is completely wrong about the basic concept of an armbar. It's not your triceps vs their biceps...It's literally you're entire hips and body vs. just one arm.
@@Anthony0855 You sound unsure as you have a "?" at the end of your statement. Kindly inform me how the hip, which is not touching the opponent at all, has anything to do with it? What if someone was only half a person, no bottom half, they would be unable to do an arm bar? I think not.
Hahaha Elon explaining and armbar to Joe Rogan a BJJ Black Belt is comical and then watching Joe trying to keep quiet and act like Elon is teaching him something is priceless lol
This is a next level of narcissism. Elon knows 1% of what Joe knows about the topic. Yet Elon lives inside his own bubble thinking he knows more than Joe and teaching him on the subject.
Understands it more than you. I knew exactly what he was talking about. It is when you hyper extend an arm over your leg or theirs and your triceps have to be stronger then their bicep to get it done. You see people attempt to use it all the time if you know what you are looking for. You will see Khabib use it all the time to distract or make the opponent panic and move to where Khabib wants him.
The guy literally has trained killers at his side 24/7. I’m sure he’s picked up a thing or 2 from them over the years. I guarenfukntee he’s more deadly than you think.
@@heathb4319he’s literally talking about one of the most ineffective submissions out there. And he’s acting like it’s the go to move to take someone out. He sounded silly.
In the Red corner , standing at 5'11" inches weighing over 240 pounds He has an unbeaten record of over promising and not delivering He offered a horse to an assistant he propositioned for a rub and tug He has so many kids by so many different mothers that he had to start inventing names for them He lies so often that he literally has to promise that he isn't lying when he says anything close to being real You know him , you love him His dad gave him shares in an emerald mine in Africa Elon "I invented the train" Musk!
I got absolutely battered in a Thailand fight by 12 o'clock elbows. It really opened my eyes and gave me a respect for all fighters. I spent a further year in this lovely country embracing kindness learning the training and culture, but knowing my place and leaving the fighting to the professionals 🙏
The disrespect to Joe, as you try to pretend to have any idea. That was crazy. its not your Bicep vs theirs, its your body vs their bicep. Embarassing.
JoeRog should have both Zuck and Elon in his program at the same time. No way that Mark who's been training and competing in BJJ for a long time will back off from this out-of-shape big talker.
Elon is living in his own bubble 😂 I was so hoping that Mark would get the chance to finish him but no doubt Elmo will accept the challange. He just wants attention
The foolish thing is you idiots believing Elon Musk is being serious, he's the richest person in the entire world; he's just playing chess and having fun, in truth, he has much more important things to do.
Yeah he's living in his own bubble mate. The biggest narcissist ever lived. When he said he doesn't need to train cardio even lmao. He wouldn't last more than 40 seconds
"I literally said anytime, anywhere, any rules" Literally couldn't be farther from the truth. Elon's been the one making all the excuses, including saying he wants this fight and then immediately saying he can't because he needs surgery, and just generally dodging all attempts to make the fight happen. Zuck has actually been training, and is in shape. Elon has just been stroking himself and trolling people on X.
From the inception of this entire discussion I thought it was well understood that this was just playful and in jest. I didn't think anyone was taking this seriously.
The reason u have to go from 100 to 20 is because of battery degradation, u only have a certain amount of build up from recharging. U can keep a gasoline engine going forever with correct maintenance, a battery has a specified life span due to contamination of the sealed battery cell
Had a friend who took BJJ for 10 years. We went through Army Combatives 1-3 together. During the grappling portion he completely dominated me to the point where I thought he was unbeatable. In the final phase of combatives, striking was allowed, I nearly KO'd him on the feet, he clinched and took me down, but fell on his back and had me in his guard when I punched my way out of it and took the mount and finished him with a TKO. Most people who take BJJ are so set in their ways they don't know what to do when they are fighting someone who can grapple, but who is also trying to punch them. Up until that point I had never tried to punch this guy before since we had always just grappled. He even admitted afterwards he had no idea what to do because he wasn't used to someone punching him in the face or rib-cage in the middle of a grappling match.
In real life It's the ideal set up....a striking art with a grappling art ......with some good situational awareness and sprinting skills. Strike, grapple, strike, get the fuck out of there before the cops come
@@brianpeterson5516Grappling is most often a terrible idea in a real fight. If you are on the ground your goose is cooked if there is any kind of backup from the opponent.
Yeah, makes sense. Most questions have been answered now in martial arts. We know what styles are the best, what ones are bullshit. We know that taking just one martial art can leave huge gaps (as you mentioned). We know the pure bodybuilder does not fair well at MMA or Jujitsu without training his muscles specifically for that sport. One question is left. Could Bradley Martyn beat a UFC guy 100 lb lighter in a life and death fight? I have a bias as an ex 6 ft 4 power lifter, as I know how easily we can explosively lift and slam things.
I do feel like joe associate’s any fighting with trained guys but the one thing he and everyone needs to understand is most people in the world are not trained fighters or combatants and if your not trained weight class will always be the biggest disadvantage to anyone. Think of it like a wolf vs a coyote , both have there fangs and claws but due to the size and weight difference it will take little to no effort for the much larger wolf to dominate the coyote
If they agree to MMA rules then there is no fight because they are not in the same weight class. They are eight weight classes apart, so it is highly unlikely that they could ever meet in middle. I guess it is possible; if Musk lost 43 pounds and Zuckerberg gained 43 pounds then they could compete as light heavyweights; the percentage of body mass change would be bigger for Zuckerberg, but it’s easier to gain weight than to lose weight.
Just imo, some of stuff Elon says makes it feel like he hasn't trained or watched or even talked to someone about MMA. He's not serious about fighting Zuck I don't think
Musk is that guy that wants to sound like he knows what he's talking about in regards to anything, even if he's clueless. Would love to see Zuck show him the difference between that and actually training and competing even as a hobby. :D
@@mattr27 HAHAHAHA ADVANCING HUMANITY FORWARD DAMNNN please dear praiser of musk tell us with which snake oil he is doing that, hyperloop? tesla roadster? tesla semi? avoiding taxes? tesla autopilot taxi? he's the biggest con man of all time

Man, I hate how he laughs hysterically after everything HE says. It's ok to laugh at your own jokes but you don't want to be laughing the hardest and loudest.
Id imagine both Elon and Zuckerberg thinks they are a version Sherlock holmes irl and can analyze and foresee the future punches. And then realizes they cant and they just end up chickenswinging at eachother and everyone just sits there and be like " wtf" OR.. It could be completely epic .
@@Flywithflight hes trained Kyokushin karate, taekwondo, judo and 'Brazilian jiu-jitsu briefly throughout his life quoted from himself. i do think zuck would get the win but i wouldn’t count elon out if he actually dedicates 100 too it which i highly doubt he would though for either man
