The fact you chose that instance to comment on, of all things, is just absolutely bizarre. I'm almost certain you know neither the details of that transaction (and thus, who's card it's on) OR the details of who "that girl" is and their relation to her. You don't know if the purchase was paid off already, nor should you so much as wonder about it, even in a world where you were somehow correct 🤦

As someone who went through physics therapy that focused on my pelvis, I can confirm that most of the stretches and exercises do infact not feel great. Especially when your muscles and tendents in that area are usually stiff.
Yep he found out what most late 20s early 30s peeps are gonna learn soon , their pelvic floors are not well cared for & getting back to healthy is literal torture. Like it works and I find the clock exercises easier as you carry on but nope it’s hell.
I do want to clarify for anyone reading this who hasn't been to a real physical therapist - this doesn't mean you should be pushing yourself to the point of injury, which is what will happen trying to DIY physical therapy! you can seriously hurt yourself.
@thecrepeofdeath No doubt, never push your body to the point of pain. However, there can be discomforts when working on specific parts. Always reach out to a professional if you feel you need assistance, as most PTs will teach you exercises that can be performed in the comfort of your home. Source: Patient of Physical Therapy due to a pelvic floor dysfunction. Those stretches suck ass at first.

It's one of those weird anomalies of the guy who goes to the gym to get a nice-looking body, but also spends 12-hours a day in front of a computer. I've definitely known people in real life like that. It's the kind of person that struggles to open a jar of pasta sauce despite having six-pack abs.

The best part is at 8:05 when the video pans to Matt’s mask that makes him look high strung or like a mad max character with an orange glow and Charlie’s monotone expression in a purple glow all in a dark room. This is like the happy and sad masks that they hang up in theaters. This moment is really just true art.

It proves that expensive brands aren’t inherently better than cheaper stuff. A one dollar product might suck though but you probably just need to pay 6 more dollars for a good one, not 600. That said it’s also possibly genes.
Yeah, that “pelvic clock” pissed me off. My mom has two of the issues that were listed and it’s so bad that she is completely disabled now, she’s stuck in bed for around 90% of each day. I’m pretty sure that thing would only cause further damage and pain.
@@doubtful_seerthe exercises help but using the sacrum opener without supervision is just gonna cause you to eff stuff up more for the day. Clock exercises are prob the easiest thing to get and keep up with but adding extra items shouldn’t be done casually.
I really hate that 90% of this is exploiting people’s insecurities and the other 10% is shoddy made medical products you can get better and cheaper from more trusted places. I get the grind set, I’ve made runes and tarot cards before…but this feels different. This feels like creating insecurities that don’t exist, not selling things that people can believe in but is completely optional. You must put this red light on your face and rub in seven different oils or you will look 80 at aged 30. By the way I know skincare is a hobby, and there are a lot of people that have skin problems and need products to reduce discomfort, but these aren’t really sold for the latter. You can do whatever you want, it’s your life, and you’re not exactly harming anything or anyone this way…it just feels like a huge scam when you can use “simple” face cleanser and moisturiser for 10% of the cost, and a whole more effective, better for the skin and better for the planet. Plus, it’s anti allergen.
Isn’t she the celebrity that latched on to the article that was debunked as being fake about why you shouldn’t vaccinate and is the reason there’s so many anti Vader’s today
Not to mention using skincare products when you don’t need to just causes your skin to stop producing what it needs so there’s not an excess, meaning you _do_ get bad skin when you stop using it. It’s some kind of self-fulfilling prophecy.
Goop is the perfect example of how being attractive can make people more agreeable and trusts you more easily, no matter how stupid your product/idea is.

this first product, i've actually tried because i have severe issues with parts of my pelvis locking up (mainly where the spine and pelvis connect) and overall after using the product its made me in less pain and more limber/flexible with normal movements like bending over and looking behind me. it's goofy but still works, probably nothing more than what a yoga ball can though lol

The light mask actually has science behind it - good devices anyways. There are a few ranges of red light that are ESPECIALLY healing for the skin but most cheap devices only use one a range that doesn’t penetrate as deeply so it doesn’t have as strong effects.
The actual medical devices I've seen have like a 20 W laser diode. They're strong as fuck, and cost thousands of dollars. You might need a license to even buy them, I'm not sure.
+@@jayleno2192 No, they are not using one hundred times the literal upper safe limit. If you were not sure, maybe you should've used your supercomputer with unbelievably quick and easy access to the culmination of the sum total of the world's written knowledge to double check and verify before commenting. Nothing wrong with being wrong, I'm wrong a lot, but this is just laziness. Like. Bro, I haven't even gotten to that part of the video and I don't know what's being measured, but I'm not preaching some randomness about it. For the people who don't feel like doing the effort of tapping a few buttons: "Power densities over about 200mw/cm² are not typically indicated for skin treatment as they are quite powerful, however they can still be used for short periods to target deeper tissue. Power densities in the 500-1000+ range offer excellent penetration, useful for muscles, joints, brain tissue, etc." [From redlightman (dot) com] Light therapy dose is calculated with this formula: Power Density x Time = Dose Power Density in mW/cm² (milliwatts per centimeter squared) Time in s (seconds) Dose in J/cm² (Joules per centimeter squared) And back to your comment: 200 milliwatts (the upper safe limit) would be 0.2 watts, not 20. (And an internet tone disclaimer: not mad, pretty neutral, just correcting a false statement, but I could be wrong too and I hope someone corrects me if I am)
I thought that too, and then my eyes noticed the twisted up nose on the mask and i just couldn't see the similarity again. I think it was the gold highlights bringing to mind the flat nose on Doom's mask somehow.
It’s gua sha it’s a real thing this is just marketed to be fancier and more expensive. You push the fluid from your face down to be drained by your lymph nodes to look less puffy more sculpted etc.
@@klondike3112 no it just straight up is a real thing, it’s not plastic surgery or anything but it slims down your face slightly because it drains excess fluid
@CheepsAhoy69 That's straight pseudoscience my guy. Bot how the human body works at all. If you have actual "excess fluid" under your skin, you need to drain it. Moving it around with a rock wouldn't do anything.
@@klondike3112It drains lymphatic fluids for a temporary depuffing effect. So it does "work" in the sense of helping with excess facial fluid build up and inflammation, but not in the sense that it will train your face to be slimmer. It's therapeutic and can give sinus relief so that's an actual benefit even if it is only temporary.
Being a 60 year old woman (no wrinkles yet though) I'll be happy to be a long term guinea pig for those light up masks...plus it'll freak tf out of my daughters when they come into my room...added bonus 😄...I'll pass on the seed things though, no use for those...even at 60 😁

Could you imagine paying ... $600... on a plastic Halloween mask... also, sincerely wish I could scrub my brain of the mental image of a weird translucent suction cup full of human flesh.
you ever see those devices they used for cosmetics in like the late 19th and early 20th century and you just think 'what they fuck were they doing back then?', I hope in the future it'll be the same thing with those weird led masks
The light therapy mask is actually real. It's sorta like how your skin gets damaged by years of UV radiation; some other wavelengths of light might not damage the cells but can stimulate growth or have anti bacterial properties. Like those weird light microwaves they use to disinfect phones and stuff.
Light therapy is also sometimes offered after surgeries to help healing; i wish they would have looked into some of the things before dunking on them (another is the gua sha stone; its essentially just a facial massage tool for lympathic drainage)
Ok to be fair, the heart stone thing is a GuaSha, which is a chinese medicine beauty tool for draining fluids and inflammation from your face that actually works over the course of several months. but not calling it that just makes it a rock lmao
I looked up the red light therapy and apparently there are studies that show it actually working for wrinkles and collagen. I might get a mask but not from her store lol
