Trust me i had the same reaction to the point i double checked the original workout routine multiple times cause I thought it was ridiculous 😭😭😭 but i’m glad you’re giving it a try and i hope it goes well! Just remember to go at your own pace, i know i definitely had to break up some of the rounds to make it more realistic for my schedule
I have a question!!! Can we finish the 5 rounds throughout the day Or does it have to be at a time? Like you know? Do 2 sets now, then 2 sets later, then a set at night? Is that okay?
Many fitness trainers and nutritionists recommend to eat in a caloric deficit. If your goal is to lose weight then this could be helpful. There are many different resources that you can look up and it can help determine what your deficit would be. You still wanna make sure you’re eating a good of amount of calories though. And I would recommend eating more vegetables but also try to make sure you’re getting in your proper protein intake as well

With this being so long ago i wish i could remember I’m sorry 😭😭😭😭 just thinking back on it and me still being a beginner in fitness overall, it’d take me around 40-70 mins to complete the workout. Just depended on my energy for the day and how long I rested in between. Might do it again soon actually to see how well I’d do now since it’s been about 4 years

Yeah it was a lot 😭😭 but if you wanna try out the routine you can do like 2-3 sets to start off or keep it 5 but break it up throughout the day which is better than what i did (doing them all at once)😭
