Good luck, I hope you enjoy it! I know Superhero Jacked also offer workout plans for a lot of other characters too, including other JJK ones. I haven’t gotten caught up with the manga yet but that’s next on my list

Trust me i had the same reaction to the point i double checked the original workout routine multiple times cause I thought it was ridiculous 😭😭😭 but i’m glad you’re giving it a try and i hope it goes well! Just remember to go at your own pace, i know i definitely had to break up some of the rounds to make it more realistic for my schedule

Just make sure you take your time and pace yourself well! Definitely possible to get it done but definitely take breaks as needed 💕

I have a question!!! Can we finish the 5 rounds throughout the day Or does it have to be at a time? Like you know? Do 2 sets now, then 2 sets later, then a set at night? Is that okay?

Nope! The workout plan states 5 rounds but I highly suggest doing what works best for you and adjusting the amount of sets if you don’t want to do 5.

Many fitness trainers and nutritionists recommend to eat in a caloric deficit. If your goal is to lose weight then this could be helpful. There are many different resources that you can look up and it can help determine what your deficit would be. You still wanna make sure you’re eating a good of amount of calories though. And I would recommend eating more vegetables but also try to make sure you’re getting in your proper protein intake as well

With this being so long ago i wish i could remember I’m sorry 😭😭😭😭 just thinking back on it and me still being a beginner in fitness overall, it’d take me around 40-70 mins to complete the workout. Just depended on my energy for the day and how long I rested in between. Might do it again soon actually to see how well I’d do now since it’s been about 4 years

I would say so as I was a beginner during this time. As long as you take your time and stay in tune with your body, you should be okay! 👍🏽🩵

5 rounds = 5 sets. So you do the entire workout 5 times

Btw you could hurt yourself with your sit up form, try putting your hands somewhere else than behind your head you might be using your arms a little

Both upper body and lower body workouts are done for 5 rounds/sets

Yeah it was a lot 😭😭 but if you wanna try out the routine you can do like 2-3 sets to start off or keep it 5 but break it up throughout the day which is better than what i did (doing them all at once)😭
