I thought the idea of mouth tape was ridiculous when I first heard of it over a year or so ago. I tried it & refuse to sleep without it. I sleep sooooo much better! I notice my mouth isn’t dry in the mornings anymore, & my husband says I don’t snore with it on. 😂 Great video.

I listened to James Nestor’s Breath book a few years ago and he totally convinced me to try to nose breathe as much as possible!

Hey, I'm also a huuuuuge mouth sleeper and I'm suffering from migraines, so I really wanna try it... The first time I heard about mouth tape was while reading a book called Breath from James Nestor. I highly recommend reading this book! It's not only about cons of breathing through your mouth, but also about breathing in general. 🙂 Also really love your content, good luck!!

I just started two nights ago. I could swear I’m sleeping better. Looking forward to this video I have the weakest jaw line. It’s my least favourite thing.
