im the same way starting a new book or new series. The first like 50-100 pages I read so so slow because I'm really trying to absorb all the information and new characters and plot. But then after I SPEED through the rest usually. BTW I absolutely love watching your videos and seeing your thoughts on both books i've read and not read to add to my TBR :) keep killing it queen!

I love realistic reading. I am a slow reader and mostly all other book tubers can be a bit intimidating for me. New subscriber here🙂. I look forward to your reading vlogs, read with me, book shopping etc😁 Btw I struggle at the beginning of a book. Feels as though my brain is in other places. I am also known for getting bored very quickly. I read that reading a physical book you'd retain more information vs reading on kindle. I do still love my kindle however🙂

only recently subbed, but i loved the harry potter fail/try of 24hrs. will you finish the books at some point? also if you've been to college or finished college, i am used to doing 24hrs because of studying; and all nighters. its something you ease yourself into, and not push yourself too far!!! also its something you don't do often, but try to limit; unless you really need to like studying and then giving yourself time to sleep/renew. i love that your videos are 30-50 minutes long, they are well done, and i enjoy them. also please don't compare yourself in a negative way, but you remember me of haley pham in vibes; although obviously with your own feel!! also speaking of harry potter, did you ever take the sorting quiz? if so, i'd reccomend the one that has all possible questions!!! it gives you a percentage, and the dominate affinity of your house with the others in tow; because though we have one strong affinity towards a house. in sense we've got parts from all of them, and a good example of this is Hermione; when she had a few pulling for her.

I’m the same way it takes me a minute to get into a new book which can be sooo frustrating and has definitely put me into reading slumps. My biggest tip for this is to try to only start books you’re really in the mood for instead of ones you think you should read if that makes sense. Loving your videos❤️

I have a ranking for Chestnut Springs clearly it's different for everyone, but this is my ratings 1. Heartless (Book 2) 2. Reckless (Book 4) 3. Hopeless (Book 5) 4. Powerless (Book 3) 5. Flawless (Book 1) for me Flawless was a great time first book to really introduce the series and characters, I also found hard times falling for the romance between Rhett and Summer they are total opposites and I wanted more banter like more angsty vibes, it was a solid 4 for me though after finishing it! I agree do not push yourself to finish a book, I like to do a SOFT DNF lol which means I will pick it back up I just wanna read something else that has what I am looking for I think also for me is I have to read the series back to back if all the books are out I can't just read book 1 then follow up on another series maybe that's why you didn't vibe with Flawless right away since you read book one of the Twisted Series, I always find it helpful to read book 1 of a series and if I can't continue the series if they are not all out then I do a novella or a standalone novel ! I love your content your so pretty and fun, this comment is absurdly long sorry :]

If it takes 100 pages for you to get into a book I definitely Recommend if you want a Christmas read only for Christmas its a romance book which is basically like her and the person she lives next to and who is also a co worker fake dating to reject a different co worker she doesn’t like and I got hooked in the first 5 pages! It’s a definite recommendation if you want a short fast Christmas romance read!

If you like the spice and grumpy boys, read the Kingdom of the Wicked trilogy (book 2 and 3 specifically, though book 1 is a little sexy). Consent has NEVER been so sexy! Literally tabbed those scenes and that's so not like me but they were gorgeous.

Honestly I loveee them!! They ARE like so freaking expensive but I already feel like I’ve gotten my moneys worth with how much I use them LOL I have really small ear holes so I’ve never found a pair of earphones that work for me!! So having over ear ones was a game changer, that and transparency mode!! I love that I can listen to things while being able to hear my kids during the day!! And then when I’m editing I can turn on noice cancelation so that they don’t distract me 😂 I take phone calls on them use them while I’m cleaning I will literally where them all day from a full charge to dead and doing get uncomfortable!!! So imo very much worth it!! 🫶🏼

I was worried I wouldn't be able to get into The Hobbit properly and I really wanted to read it, so I decided I'd try and audiobook for the first time ever and I think it really helped, I not only got into The Hobbit but zoomed through it

I use LIBBY to borrow audiobooks for free :) you sign up with your library card. If you don’t have one you can sign up for one online!

I haven’t had luck with books or brooks being available on Libby until just recently!! Lol I also just upgraded to Spotify premium so having all those free audiobooks has been amazing!! 🤍

i love libby, only recently used to for some time; but i remember the og way of loaning them in person... and wishing that all libraries had longer borrowing times per renew. only recently found one with 28 days i believe.

I know you have lots of books to read but if you ever need a gut wrenching mystery thriller series you should definitely read “ the naturals” by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. I am only on the second book but it is one of the best mystery thriller series ever. It is a YA series but everyone I know including adults have loved this series. Im only in middle school and read a lot. Your videos help remind me that it’s ok not not finish 8 books in month because people also have a life. Keep making videos, I love them!!!❤❤❤

also if i was to do you video, i'd go 1000-2200 or 12 hrs; then do another 12 the next day. another method I'd consider is 1000-1800 or 8hrs a day, similar to doing a normal work shift
