Considering Steve Job's, God bless his soul died of pancreatic cancer, I would take his diet as a learning experience in what not to do in terms of diet. On another note I ate 5 large raw carrots first thing in the morning for about a week or two, but I ate normal foods the rest of the day and I passed parasitic worms. Evidently, carrots kill parasites and I didn't know until that happened.
That sluggishness is the transitional point of switching your fuel source from glucose to ketone. This is prolonged in people who have never fasted (or rarely). This transition doesn't last more than a week and what happens after is pure gold which most will never experience because they give up in the transition phase, thinking that this effect is indefinite. Ketone is premium fuel made from internal fat breakdown, much more energetic and efficient than glucose.
Give us some fucking closure in this video ! What happened from day 1 to 7, what did you notice, how good/bad was it to go back to a normal diet ? Come on !
That's too much, you'll turn orange (like, "Violet, you're turning violet, Violet!"). I don't like carrots all THAT MUCH but I TRY to eat 2 carrots a day somehow, like to be easily thrown in a smoothie with other stuff esp. apricots, and sometimes as juice (but, I usually only end up eating the 2 carrots a day for about 3-4x a week, eh, oh well close enough, I try). ---> They keep for a long time in the fridge and are cheap, so I usually buy a lot of carrots in those big bags because I'm lazy. And, sometimes I'll roast them with potatoes & other stuff like fennel, kohlrabi, mushrooms, onions, etc. or make carrot cake. Carrots are such an underestimated staple.
If u do want to attempt this diet, add some nuts (or an other source of healthy fats like avocado, seeds, olives,...) into it, so that u can actually absorbe the fat soluble vitamins! Just a little tip...
The point of a mono diet is to make it easy on your digestive system to predict what it needs to break down Everyday so it gets a break. Adding other foods would defeat the purpose. That’s why most mono diets are usually potato because it’s a more complete food with more vitamins and keeps you full with enough calories
im not even on a carrot diet i just eat more of it when theres carrots cuz i like it. then ppl alr start noticin that my skin color is changing color, i hv no idea how he does it
Do what Steve jobs did, but use your common sense, carrot by itself isn't gonna do the job. You need all the vegetables and fruits. And don't forget to use olive oil too.
Reading online that beta carotin from carrots and supplements can give you a tint to your skin, looking more up on youtube: Women in video says to the guy who only eats carrots: You definitely look paler than usual. Me: Again down bad. Depression.
Steve Jobs diet literally gave him pancreatic cancer. And when Ashton Kutcher made a movie acting as Steve Jobs he did Steve Jobs diet the whole time and ended up in the hospital with pancreatic problems. Coincidence absolutely not. Do not only eat carrots that is so bad for your body just because he was brilliant with technology doesn't mean he was brilliant with his other ideas. Obviously he didn't even want to be a dad to his daughter but he named the computer the Lisa and was more of a father to that than his own daughter.

@@SuperRedux Actually there is evidence. Aston Kutcher was so down with playing Steve jobs that he actually did this dumdum diet. Aston ended up get sick as fuck. He was easy damaging his pancreas.
@@katadermaro it's different if you're using it as a help word because English isn't your first language or whatever. To see monoglot American English speakers do it is a whole different matter. They've had all their lives to speak only ONE language. There are people in India and Europe that speak three fluently.
Just eating carrots is dumb. Incorporating them into ur diet is smart. Just eat huge amounts with meat. Replace ur carbs with carrots. This is madness tho😂
I'd try it but I am worried this diet might make me put the word "like" in all my sentences 3 or 4 times in every sentence like these two... lol :) OK I apologise that was an exaggeration! :) Like heck, it was like boring and the water was like missing flavours but I liked the like word after it ... like Wow! :) At the end of the day for your final meal have some low fat protein and a nice salad and you will feel much better... :)
