From day one, I was invited to share a Chilean barbecue in Valparaíso, and I can't help but feel part of something special. The barbecue goes beyond food; here, bonds with friends and family are forged around the grill, where perfectly cooked meat becomes a hot topic. The best meat? The ideal marinade? It is a deep connection between them. Although differences of opinion about the perfect preparation sometimes arise, the love and hospitality are evident. In each cut of meat and shared laughter, I feel that I am discovering a new dimension of Chilean culture.
