I Tried The Hardest Fast Food Challenge, But I Have Diabetes 

Im a woman with diabetes and because periods and diabetes affect each other, they "hype" each other up. So I have month long periods that make my sugar spike. Kill me.

oofta when Blau was talking about the cost of insulin got that was insane. if we low ball it a $3 a mean, at 3 meals a day, with an average 30 day month. You're looking at an extra $270 a month to eat and not die. That's not including snacking in between meals. Insulin pricing you're looking at around $30-190 per vial, around $120 pen or $330-590 per box of 5 pens. Of course that's before insurance, but even then with insurance you're looking at maybe 50% savings. Keep in mind INSULIN ONLY COST $2-4 TO MAKE PER VIAL OR PEN!!!!!

22:30 My sister is Diabetic, thankfully we're canadian so she only has to buy pads. I'm constantly thankful that we don't live in America so she can have a burger and not worry about how much money she has to pay ontop of food prices just to stay alive.
