Thank you so much David for addressing the struggles of Mormons when they realize the great deception of Joseph Smith, and for sharing the true Gospel of Jesus Christ written in the Bible for repentance and forgiveness of sins through the shed blood of Jesus on the cross. I think it is helpful to know His name is Yeshua, and the Father's name is YAH (short form) , YAHWEH (longer form). This discovery has been part of our journey. Dave, I have enjoyed listening to you and to Adams Road ministry, former mormons. May Father YAH richly bless you all.
The Apostles had no problem using Greek, and writing in Greek. The epistle to the Philippians was originally composed in Greek, and I would recommend listening to what is said there: “9Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is ***above every name***, 10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”-Philippians 2:9-11 (emphasis added) “2:9διὸ καὶ ὁ θεὸς αὐτὸν ὑπερύψωσεν καὶ ἐχαρίσατο αὐτῷ τὸ ὄνομα τὸ ὑπὲρ πᾶν ὄνομα, 2:10ἵνα ἐν τῷ ὀνόματι Ἰησοῦ πᾶν γόνυ κάμψῃ ἐπουρανίων καὶ ἐπιγείων καὶ καταχθονίων, 2:11καὶ πᾶσα γλῶσσα ἐξομολογήσηται ὅτι κύριος Ἰησοῦς Χριστὸς εἰς δόξαν θεοῦ πατρός.”-Philippians 2:9-11

The Father gave us Jesus, the Word of God, the very expression and identical nature of God, who is His final, Eternal, Perfect, High Priest, and Prophet. I am so thankful for His word in the Holy Bible, preserved for us, so we may know His truth!

well thats kinda easy because jesus said ....I send the Holy Sp[rit that bears witness of who God is and what He does. the gifts of the Holy sprit through us proves that God is real when we seek Him,.
David, if you do strongly believe in Jesus, how is it possible that you don't believe in Joseph Smith whom SAW the Father and the Son and they in turn told him not to join any church because they didn't honor Him...etc . Joseph went to God to find out which church to join unawares to him that Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ were going to appear to him and to eventually establish the church OF JESUS CHRIST not of Joseph Smith. Understand that the adversary of all righteousness is deceiving many because he knows his time is coming soon in which he will no longer be able to tempt any during the Lord's millennium reing. Follow James counsel " to ask of God" like Joseph did. I know that God is not going to deceive you, right. After that come back to the true path brother, love you.
I understand and appreciate your motives and concerns. I can also assure you that Joseph Smith is a true prophet of Jesus Christ. God is truly "moving in his majesty and power" in His restored Church. I have never read a more powerful witness of Christ than the Book of Mormon. I don't see ANY comparison between Joseph and Jesus. Joseph was just a man that started a religion. Jesus is the only Begotten Son of God. There have been plenty of men and women that have started religions. In the majority of them they worship Jesus. Those that drop Jesus when they leave Mormonism or any other denomination never really did believe in Him they were in it because of the culture or maybe they liked the structure with all the rules and regulations. One podcast of former Mormons I used to watch you can't even mention Jesus without getting criticized. They need to let their anger go. We thankfully live in a free country and we all have the right to believe how we choose. If Mormonism still works for those that are still in like my kids and grandkids then thank God they have the freedom to believe it. God Is Love and it seems like I have to keep reminding Christians of that. He just wants a relationship with His most Amazing creation-- humans. What Jesus did will make that eventually happen. Every Knee WILL Bow and Every Tongue confess Jesus is Lord. It will just take some longer than others.
Hi, what scripture says that? When they bow to Jesus in that day it is bc they don't have control to deceive and they have no recourse, but to bow and make that confession. After, they won't be united to Jesus or God the Father, but forever in the Lake Of Fire, others to torment and knashing of teeth. No relationships.
@@merrittascott4408 One thing ALL religions have in common is THEIR Sabbath day. Heavenly Father has a calendar based on the Sun and the Moon. The weekly Sabbaths fall according to the phases of the moon. You can look high and low and fail to find: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, January, February, March etc. in any bible. the 15th day of Abib is the 2nd Sabbath of the new year! Another commonality of ALL Religions is they are 501C3s ...needing permission from Caesar to preach. The National Football League is a 501C3 "religion".... Church and the NFL are sports or entertainment. Not unlike what Mr President gives to the masses .. entertainment and debt. The problem with the Christians is they dumped the 1st Commandment to embrace JeSEUSS ... and ... Heavenly Father is capable of having only 1 son? I find that hard to believe! Making the earth, us, space, etc. and He can only come up with one off-spring? Sounds Babylonian if you aks me!
@Pat Rick Hi Pat, we are thinkers and questioners concerning spiritual life. It's coming up with the same mind as God that settles whatever we have thoughts or beliefs about. The scriptures are quite sufficient to recieve the mind of Christ. I've had many things I thought sounded good to me, but, when I was seriously concerned about what God says, I must admit I was having my own mind, which I drew wrong conclusions. @@merrittascott4408 I was raised Catholic. In the 1990s I was dying of what I didn't know then, of cancer. I prayed to the pagan deities of the Catholic faith ... they just about took my life! One night, while on my literal death bed, I spoke to Heavenly Father, thanking Him for life and gifts and apologizing for squandering them. I told Him I had an affliction, will need an operation and how that wasn't going to happen ... I'm coming home! Within days doors opened. 1.5 years later, I was taken to see a master herbalist who reads blood. I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. I was eat-sleep eat-sleep when I seen the herbalist. I started into the herbs and the next day, I was up for 24 hours! 6 months later I pissed my cancer away ... 25 years ago! Since then, I have found the body is pH~7.4/alkaline. ALL herbs are alkaline ... ALL pHarma is acid. You have to watch your pH intake. Had I continued to pray to JeSEUSS, Mary and all the other bastards of Genesis 36:2 I would have checked out about 24 years ago! You can also study up on the "lunar sabbaths". The lunar Sabbaths follow the phases of the moon: 1st., 1/4, Full Moon, last 1/4 and last waning sliver or the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th day of each and every lunar month. The New Moon starts the month. The 2nd day is the 1st day of the Sabbath count. So you take "work 6 rest 7th" and add 1 day for the new moon and you get to where you need to go. And, no, the moon is NOT a reflector ... it is a LIGHT thus debunking man setting foot on the moon yielding a piece of entertainment costing We the PERSONS a huge debt! 2 problems: We the PERSONS who vote over and over and over for war and debt and refuse to pay the debt. Secondly the "Christians" who believe JeZEUS abolished the Constitution Written in Heaven, can sin like the Devil and say: "JeSEUSS" and be saved! What a con job! Look at how many Genesis 36:2 has rounded up!
