@@DoddsMcFodds yeah, the playlist rotation can be kind of irritating. I really wish 343 would keep a static list of playlists that cover all the basic modes. Regardless though, it's nice to have new content and a FFA playlist will be a welcome addition, in any capacity!

@@DoddsMcFodds so i messed up my sleep schedule allowing me to play at 1-6am, and i heavily remembered pretty much everything you taught in these videos from positioning, movement, awareness, how to help your team, etc. i never got close to onyx and i used to be completely terrible at the game, but after picking it up again the same day i got onyx. it really does show its more just about your brain. to be fair i have good kbm aim from other shooters, but that wouldn't be enough to get me to onyx. so thank you for this series. if you don't believe me my gamertag is girlarescary and you can check my halotracker history and how bad i was back then vs now. literally the moment i hit onyx i went to come and tell you this. i should be moving to NA in a few months too so i'll be able to actually play more and get even better. anyway i hope this takes back from your last comment feeling sad lol

i wasn't solo queue so its not as impressive but i still noticed a massive difference in how i was positioning myself in gunfights, my movement, my lack of jumping compared to when i did get to play before watching the series, crouching under cover. i seriously used to think that if i got shot first the gunfight was just over. but many times tonight i got shot near a headglitch, took cover, and moved in a way that allowed me to get 2 shots on the enemy that they couldn't get back. also the halo gods were with me because i got no argyle (unless they thankfully took it out of the damn game already)

Are you referring to the kill feed? I’ve increased my text size and that seems to help. I talk about it in my latest video.

@@DoddsMcFodds no, I was referring to the kill count at the bottom of the screen. I use the same color scheme, and it is hard at least for me to read the number of enemy deaths in a slayer match because of the white lettering on yellow, but that’s the color that makes the enemy most visible to me. Hope that makes sense.

Ohhhh gotcha. Yeah i think there is one more thing you could try, i think those numbers at the bottom are linked to some sort of HUD text opacity setting. You could see if you can increase the opacity it make it more opaque.

Someone mentioned that even the top 10 players hover around 50% win rate. But the fact that they lose less CSR than they gain is why they’re at the top. Basically because they always have great KDs

I’m honestly surprised myself. I mean that’s a 69% win rate on top of 3 crashes and 5 losses without a HUD/reticle. Probably would’ve been closer to 75%.
