It does not have to be an addiction. Coffee flavors differ depending on the way it is made or where it comes from. Also what else you put into it. I drink one or two cups most mornings and not the rest of the day. Unless you get caffeine free your tea can be just as addicting.

I do miss the taste of coffee but it is too addicting. I've been on decaf black for a while. Also too much caffeine boosts your blood pressure

It boosts a lot of things too high. It keeps our body in overdrive all the time which is not good long-term.

Coffee eventually dehydrated me. Best choice is orange 🍊 juice.

Well it is a diuretic(coffee). I guess to respond to the other dude, yes coffee does have mostly water but since it raises your heart rate, you theoretically will be needing more water

Coffee sucks if you don’t know how to properly make it. Espresso ☕️ is the best. Long live the coffee team!

I agree with you, badly prepared coffee sucks indeed. That's why you should drink Turkish coffee instead of espresso :)
