Thank you for sharing today, Kimberly. Like you, I am an extravert and my wife is an introvert. We were also missionaries serving in Russia from 1994-97. Your words remind me of Isaiah 40:31 “ They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” It’s exciting to hear how God has shown you to take your ministry global. I know in Russia, more than half of all marriages end in divorce. This ministry you have is needed everywhere!
Im so happy for you. Congratulations! I once had a similar vision. I instead gave my life up for my spouse for his life, his dreams, and his military career. Now hes divorcing me for his new goals, his new life and his new dreams. Ill be that single mother struggling to survive. 😢
As a new Christian and pregnant unwed woman, I had premature separation of the placenta. I was living with my parents. Bed rest was ordered. I was in bed for 3 1/2 months. Beyond a shower and doctor's appointments, I did little beyond taking showers. My very small Bible study was moved to my parent's home, as well as my young single adult SS class. Mostly I spent time reading and listening to testimonies and doing some embroidery work for the coming baby. Looking back, that time was foundational for my new Christian life.
Thanks for sharing Kimberly. Your content and principles taught in MH helped me become the best version of myself while trying to save my marriage. Unfortunately her divorce did finale and I moved on, but I’m my best self each day now. I really appreciate all your content with It Starts with Attraction.
