Today was a bad day for me. I broke down. Crying and can't sleep. Why?? That's all I keep repeating. I've tried so hard to steel myself for the last 2 months. My ex vented at me 9 months after the break up and many months of n/c (expressing that she wished I had chased her) but by then I had moved on after meeting another woman

I thought my break up was hopeless too. I did an email coaching with Craig and he agreed that my chances were low. I went NC to move on. Last Monday, after 3 months, I got rid of his gifts and when my therapist asked me "How do you feel about your ex now?" I said "I don't care anymore". Guess who messaged me that night?! He went from not wanting to see me again to asking me if I wanted to repair things. We met yesterday, and I'm not sure I want him back. But he said he missed me and there were things that reminded him of me. No contact worked for me, and I thought It wouldn't.

My wife dumped me and walked out on our marriage 3 months ago. All she has done is ghost me. I don’t see her making any effort to come back and I don’t really want to be with someone who can give up so easily without any counselling. She’s an avoidant so now I’m not surprised and see this attachment style as a mental illness.

Someone who thought they had me on their back burner just tried to move me to the front to realize when I said never again I meant it.

I discovered Craig's channel last Tuesday a week after my relationship ended. I started 'The Knowledge' workbook that very day. I am hoping to have a Skype meeting with Craig soon. I still have feelings of despair but I feel like I can manage them thanks to the investment in personal growth and the wise words from this channel. It is so comforting to have these feelings validated and discover that it is completely normal to feel this way. I feel more at peace now, and I'm dealing with NC better, im sad terribly,but im finding my strength shows him I'm not looking for him like he's used to. I’m trying so hard to focus on me and my 2 year old. My ex ended it nearly 9 weeks ago. I’m so heartbroken and watch your videos not to get him back but to help me. What's this about confidence or a lack of? Maybe one is scared of the thought of their ex returning. Cause then they would have to hurt them. You hope that its hopeless. So the hurt doesnt happen again. So you dont have to face that uncertainty.
