For such a long time, all I wanted was for her to come back & for us to be a family again. After 18 months, I can now say that I wouldn’t even consider taking her back if she tried, which she won’t. It was her decision to cheat with a wealthy guy & destroy our family. Btw, that rich guy dumped her after 12 months. KARMA!!

This one was a hard video to listen to. I was the guy in this situation. I never made her a priority and I neglected her needs. I made this mistake again and again and again, until she walked away. She’d had enough, and honestly I don’t blame her. I never thought she would actually leave, and let me tell you not only did it hurt, it completely changed my life and my approach to relationships. This break up was last year and she still won’t talk to me. I’ve worked hard on myself. I really mean it. I listen to Craig’s videos DAILY, I study them after work, I purchased the workbooks, I’ve understood my mistakes, I’ve worked hard to better myself, I’ve understood my attachment and trauma issues that caused me to be the way that I was.. the list goes on. I’ve reluctantly reached out to her a couple of times trying to explain my remorse and how hard I’m working to fix my mistakes. Each message has been ignored. Let me tell you, the guy in this video is lucky. Getting a reply from your ex in this situation is rare and I hope he understands that. My ex has stood her ground and cut me out completely. She’s not giving me another chance. This has genuinely been one of the hardest periods of my life I’ve ever encountered. I know that I would make it work 100000% if she just opened herself back up to me, and this anxiety and guilt eats me up every single day. It’s extremely difficult. So, a message to all of those avoidants out there.. don’t even think your partner won’t leave you if you neglect their needs. Because one day they will, and let me tell you, the pain is like no other when you realise how badly you fucked up. Trust me.

I know my ex won’t come back- but it’s ok. I’m putting myself first now. Accepting the situation and moving forward.

My ex pulled exactly the same stunt as this guy...but at 60 years old! No reach out, but after 8 months I have moved on with a better partner. I would still like an apology, but I have heard my ex is suffering. That will have to do for now.

I just reached out after 4 months to get my stuff and maybe closure. Told her im moving on just please send my stuff back. Then came the switch and anger towards me. Whatever, she used me and that's it. She says she had guilt but i doubt it, you can't hurt someone like she did and have guilt.

I don’t think I’ll hear from her again. She’s seeing someone new just days after telling me she needs to take a step back from talking or seeing each other. Now I’m in “how do I get over her and move on” phase.

The example that you’re talking about in this video is really resonates my ex behavior but the sad & at the same time funny thing is that my ex was in his mid 50s!!! Not early 20s… unfortunately some people never grow up… :)

When you do meditation, you practice breathing, but after the time, the breath will start breathing you. If you start doing a sport, or exercise after a time you don't exercise the sport, but the sport is exercising you. The same is true with love, after you find love, everything seems easy, you don´t have to chase the love anymore the love as a feeling start to breathe you, the love starts to chase you. My ex invaded my privacy. Went through my diary. My phone. Another year passed and I stepped up as a partner to alleviate their insecurities. Despite that, it wasn’t enough. Yep, I know. I have left two avoidant guys, I am FA. And they were both completely blindsided. They thought I would never leave, but FA’s do leave. I am working on myself. However cheating, lying about intentions is just overboard. First guy I almost had children with, and the other guy I found out at 6 months. So the first guy and the next was similar. So I knew how to find out his intentions before it got too serious.

I don't think my ex will come back. He heard to his helicopter parents and toxic friends and broke up with me. I've seen him last Saturday and I saw he's not doing well, he lost much weight, and there I felt "Schadenfreude"... but a part of me still hopes that he did a big mistake and talk to me again...

Make sure she falls in love with your lifestyle, not necessarily just with your looks, because your lifestyle is part of your charisma, looks may change over time, but charisma rarely changes, good lifestyle rarely changes for worse. but looks may change for better if you exercise and makes you look healthy etc For example, if you are a kind guy who likes people and humor and helps people, and has a bunch of friends, It's called lifestyle, you share advice about sports, music arts, and culture with friends. Charisma is part of lifestyle and lifestyle is part of charisma. She falls in love with it much more than just with looks. If she sees he helps his friend or colleague with something, she sees his priorities. The spiritual priorities and his humility, which is an attractive thing. Maybe therefore long-term relationship works with people who work in the same industry, for example, music, playing violin or instrument. So she feels safe because all the people colleagues around him feel safe, and she will feel safe with all those people. For example musicians, and athletes. Except if she is the kind of person who wants to live in isolation from people or doesn't have time for them.

Sometimes I worry due to the nature of my non-monogamous breakup there's too many women to really feel my loss or any consequences. Maybe I wasn't special to him the way he was to me. I can't control that though so I'll pray for him & wish him well & continue caring for me & prioritizing my peace.

She seems very content doing her own life and casually breadcrumbing me a basic text here or there. I don’t push her for more but do believe we could start anew. Lol.. my 49 yr old ex did that when he started hanging out with a guy 17 yrs younger than him!!! He has 3 kids and doesn't see his oldest 2 because of his behavior.. but even blames that on everyone else 🙄🤷‍♀️🤣

I went forward with friendship offer day after she broke up with me, and its been 1,5 month. We are going to met at the airport (we bought ticekts to rome before breakup) and i wonder if i should tell her that "i had time think and friendship is imposible, becasue i still care about you and would like to make things work, so if you change your mind my doors are open and you know how to reach me" or should i just say nothing about that? (in NC since 27.08 as she wished me Bday)???
