I Was Wrong About Sonic Mania 

In the aftermath of Sonic Superstars' release in October 2023, the landscape of classic 2D Sonic has changed.
In what could have been the next legendary 2D Sonic game, Superstars has left a legacy that can only be described as...underwhelming. While not a bad game by any stretch of the imagination, Superstars failed to truly stand out as anything beyond the territory of mediocrity.
My experiences with Superstars have put many things into perspective for me as a Sonic fan, and well, maybe Sonic Mania wasn't so bad after all...
