The dining scene is terrible because the lady in the back is looking into the camera and quickly "eating" her food as if they just said action and the man to the main characters left is not even eating he is picking up his fork and placing it near his mouth plus they got bad wigs from party city 😂 someone pointed that out when the film first came out

I want to point out. The lady who killed himself in the beginning was at Phylicia Rashad’s character’s house, and the husband was the cop. Movie should’ve been over a lot sooner. There are a lot more issues with the movie but that’s number 1 for me.

Because the cop and lawyer both sucked at their job. The lawyer was lowkey trash! She randomly decided to actually put forth an effort to help her client only after she "felt in her heart that she was innocent" 🙄😒. What kind lawyer only does their job if they think the client is innocent foh!

Have you ever seen The Cosby Show? Phylicia Rashad played Bill Cosby's wife Claire Huxtable. Claire Huxtable is one of the most iconic Black TV mothers. She have a long career that stretched back to 1972 and has been successful in TV, film and theater. She was nominated for multiple Emmy Awards and she is a Tony Award winner. Her character in this movie, Sarah is scramming old ladies out of their social security checks and Cicely Tyson played one of the women. Sarah and Shannon was mother and son and they was working together to con Grace.
