Billy, you're not supposed to take these movies too seriously. 😂 But for real, the final performances always make me tear up. Especially this one, because of the Bella alumni. It's so special, and I love it so much. Also, Cynthia is Ester Dean, in case you didn't know, and she wrote or produced (can't remember exactly) some of the songs in the movies! She's an amazing talent, and if you don't know her work, you should definitely check her out! She wrote S&M for Rihanna!

The third movie doesn’t make a lot of sense but it has the same energy as the other movies. It’s still super enjoyable, the songs are still bops, and the twist is nice ❤❤❤❤

I’m German and I usually hate when movies give German characters the most insane accent (when no one in Germany actually speaks like that)😂 I know in this one it just adds to the comedy and I love the films so much - you should definitely do the third one🙈🥰

fun fact: they wanted as many real a cappella groups as possible in the movie so besides penatonix there is also the filharmonic as well as many others that represented different countries

Damn, I always forget Flula is in this movie (the german dude with the overexaggerated accent), this accent is literally what defines his comedic persona. And as a german I really love him, because he's so witty with it and plays with it so well xD

Yes, hello from Germany! Always fun for me to see "German representation" in movies (bc a lot of the times they're not actually played by Germans lol), the German accents they have while singing in this movie are so hilarious to me, it's just SO MUCH, I have never actually heard a German sound like that when speaking English, maybe it's bc the main singer is Danish and not German, maybe it's just what an American expects a German to sound like - either way it's really funny to me xD Anyway, great reaction as always, I'd be down to watch the 3rd one for sure!

It's my favorite of the 3. 38:00 I love when people talk about Pentatonix. I went to the same highschool as 3 of the members, they were a few years above me though. I'd only spoken to Kirstin due to her being the choir teacher's assistant. The 3 of them did a performance of Telephone during a choir concert to show what their plans were for after high school. Its amazing seeing how far they've gone.

I love how in the 3rd movie they keep making it look like there's two girls who don't get talked to and don't get a say in anyhting (jessica and Ashley) and most reactors think they were just add ons for the new movie but they have actually been on the since the first movie. 3rd movie is extremely silly but I love it

DSM is such an awesome group! I was blown away by them. And the Riff Off version in this was amazing! Also, there's a fun little bonus scene with the 2 beat boxers just going back and forth and it turns chaotically funny! Look it up! I'm sure you'd love it!

In my opinion, they're all worth watching once. But the only one with any rewatchability for me is the first. The 2nd and 3rd were just too weird for me. "how can we make this more ridiculous?" lol Production wise though, they are all really well done.

The lollipop song is by Mika. He has a lot of great songs, and I especially love that album (Life in Cartoon Motion). It had other songs like Grace Kelly, Big Girl (You Are Beautiful), Love Today.

I thought the ref said that the word Becca was supposed to match was “it”. But, Becca sang “it’s”. I think the riff-off was about switching songs by matching the word the other group would be singing in the song. That’s why Stacy sang “baby” at then same time as the Trebles during the songs about sex category.

There's another ridiculous romcom "Isn't it Romantic (2019)" with Rebel Wilson and Adam DeVine (+ Priyanka Chopra!) starring in it and honestly I just kinda love Rebel and Adam sharing the screen 😂 they manage to bring out a different kind of energy -PS looking for a vocal coach?? Hanna Bayles or Cheryl Porter will get you started Billy 🥰

I personally think this film was better than the first _Pitch Perfect_ film even if the sequel was a retread of the first movie such as the Riff off duel, the Rivals to the Barden Bellas (Das Sound Machine), and the new girl joining the Barden Bellas (only Emily compared to Becca is interested in joining) But the reason I like Pitch Perfect 2 than the first movie in many different ways for starters the comedy was so much funny, Emily and Flo were awesome new additions to the film with the latter being a hoot and the funniest character next to Fat Amy, but most importantly a lot of the original characters such as Becca, Aubrey and especially Bumper were portrayed much nicer in this film than in the first movie and I absolutely enjoyed Bumper’s new personality in the sequel where he’s portrayed as a likable jerk compared to the first film where he was a jerkwad and a douchebag.

Hi, from Indiana! I’m a Bears fan but still love the Packers cameo. I rather like the defensive players. So Clay Matthews was a beautiful addition to this movie. Random, but completely welcome. Also, the skills assessment was just that. To assess their dance skills so they knew what they had to work with when they got to the arrangement and choreo.

Billy part 3 is mostly about Rebel Wilson's character backstory and it's HILARIOUS!!!!

Not that you needed an answer Billy, but I'm pretty sure hood night party references the first movie where they put hoods over the heads of new members before the initiation ritual, then all the groups party together to welcome the newbies.

Also, the hood night was when they pick the new people for their groups after auditions and do the hooded reveal like in the first movie.Just an Fyi I hope you enjoy the series!

I like the 1st and 3rd one the best although I don't think any of them are bad. The 3rd one is wayyy out there and doesn't even really feel like part of the trilogy but I don't care, it's fun and I love all the songs in it.

As someone who's studying audio engineering, this is pretty much how it works lol only speak when spoken to when it comes to assistants. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter what the engineer's attitude is, you just have to make their job run as smoothly as possible.

You have to watch the third one 😂 Its hilarious. I think all three have their priceless moments, but this one would probably come in third in the ranking if I had to give them a favorite order. Still love it though lol Edit: Not necessarily saying they should battle Pentatonix, but my favorite acapella group is Voiceplay bar none.

The first is very good, the second is a bit of fun and a passion project for the acapella world. The third is a bit strange and wasn't really needed, but still worth the watch for sure!!!! Rebel Wilson is a lot of fun in all three of course but she gets more screen time in the third!

I'm not big on musicals, but I do enjoy the first 2 Pitch Perfect movies. I like the 2nd better than the 1st. The 3rd is meh. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. It wasn't necessary, and I'm pretty sure they only made it because of the success of the others. So stoked for more horror reactions, your hype over the kills is one of my favorite parts of them.
