The thing that upset me about the series is they never made Moose a main character he was always just a supporting character. He's the only reason I like the series.

They really should’ve done a movie that was just Moose and Camille because they CARRIED this movie, they are two of the best dancers in the whole cast and they have amazing chemistry. Now I’m pressed about the fact that the next movie is so far removed from this because they totally should’ve focused on them instead >:(

My biggest problem with this movie is the final dance. And it's all because they had this amazing routine but acted like they lost until Natalie came in and did her little bit. Like they did not need her. She annoyed me so much this movie. Also Julian's constant wardrobe malfunction was hilarious haha

That dance battle with the water on the floor is so iconic. I feel like anyone who's seen these movies always remembers it.

Camille who’s played by Alison Stoner was Channing’s foster sister in the first step up. She was also in suite life of Zach and Cody and cheaper by the dozen, but not hocus pocus.

Watching Billy get excited throughout this movie gave me so much joy

I don’t know HOW I forgot that Twitch was in this movie but this is the first time I’m seeing him since finding out about his passing. That man made me and my sisters fall in love with dance back on So You Think You Can Dance. Then to see him and Joshua (briefly) in this film was the sickest thing to us. Step Up 1-3 holds such special places in my families hearts for different reasons. I’m feeling emotional watching this review and seeing Twitch…. RIP to a wonderful man I wish I had the chance to meet. His dancing has touched so many people and it’s amazing that he was apart of this series. Even if Billy doesn’t react to the other movies, I hope he still watches them 🖤

Step up 3 should have been a Moose movie. It would nice if they elaborated on his relationship with Allison, and him bringing out his friends from the previous movie would be more impactful. Other than that, Billy being so hyped for the dances made my day. RIP Twitch.

RIP to the legend, Twitch! Gone too soon. For anyone who needs this message: there’s something to live for and you’re worth it. Funny story, I actually worked on a project with Alyson Stoner and Shonnie and Aja (2 of the Ticks). I completely forgot they were in this movie. I don’t think I ever watched it all the way through.

Subjectively, I love this one the best and wish there was more of Moose’s and Alyson Stoner’s character. It was so sweet and endearing. Two is objectively the best. If you continue, watch 4 and stop there. The choreography is f’ing incredible. Watch it just for that.

Step up 3 and the last dance was the best step ups and the plot and stories get better in both💁🏾‍♀️. But if you didn’t know Camille is the sister(little girl) in the first movie with Channing Tatum and missy Eliot’s work it music video

Books saved me. I felt like all these heroes in the stories were out there and the could protect me from the demons in my life. I have a problem with having little fears like monsters in the closet turning into something really terrifying and books helped me see they were just fears that I can fight

Also can I say i’m fresh out of college as a professional dancer (and theatre director). And this movie absolutely influenced me. I had been dancing long before this movie came out, but this one inspired me so much as a child.

The thing about the step up / bring it on movies is that they really don’t have the greatest storylines, but the dancing/performing is iconic

I don't know how he dances so well with the weight of the ENTIRE Step Up franchise on his back, but Moose once again carried this movie. Also you HVAE to watch Step Up 4, it blew my mind first time watching it, you're gonna love it.

You definitely need to watch Step Up Revolution Billy. I think its number 4 but it's literally my favourite 😂😂 the dancing is crazy as well as some of the ideas they incorporate and the plot is cool. I didn't really vibe with number 5 but the dancing is amazing and Moose finally shines some more.

I crack up about Billy not liking the kissing but ALL for the cupping the booty. I listened to this while driving and all I could do was laugh at all his reactions to the dancing. Also the homeless and debt jokes. After Step Up 2 the movies became less about the actual story and more about showcasing the amazing dancers. That’s what people watched it for.

I'm in the camp, keep continuing with Step Up 4: Revolution (2012)! The male lead in 4 is a bit stronger (in fact this movie you just did a reaction to gotta have the weakest couple). The story while cliched isn't any worse than in this. What really pushes it for me is increasing creativity in dance and especially environment that they chose for Step Up 4. So, please do a reaction to it!

The girl that plays Moose's love interest is Alyson Stoner. She was in a few Missy Elliott videos when she was young young. Choreography in Gossip Folks is great!

The first movie has the best story because it was original but the 4th movie (Step Up Revolution) is my personal favorite. The two main guys have great chemistry and can both dance their asses off. And that final dance, sheeeeesh.

Damn, I wish it was possible for you to see this movie in 3D like I did in theaters back in the day, Billy! I have no idea why THIS was the film to go so hard on the 3D effects at the time, but trust me, it was NEXT LEVEL good. Immersive and hype as hell and I don't even _like_ 3D movies. There's only been a few that compare imo.

THIS IS THE BEST ONE OF ALL THE STEP UP MOVIES!!! Idc idc this one takes the cake every single time. And i know the entire soundtrack by HEART. Several of the most iconic dances of the entire franchise are in this film too. Moose is the goat as usual. The best one is most definitely this one. But 4 is my second favorite one of the franchise lmao. The acting in the 4th is the worse in my opinion tho, but the ending is pretty fucking iconic.
