In this video I will talk about my experience at the 2024 UFL Championship game in St. Louis as well as show pictures and videos I took! Link to become a channel member - / @zombphoxufl
I was at this game and I didn't care who won. I just wanted to see a competitive game. This game sucked so bad that I'm surprise that more people didn't leave early.
Unrelated but i miss those 2023 black and gold Mauler uniforms. Such a cool color scheme on top of a stylish logo. Definitely would consider buying one of those as a throwback
I have absolutely no regrets on getting a jersey last year for that reason! While I personally did like the purple and orange, the black and gold just looks so nice.
I really loved seeing the Maulers' journey from being a terrible team with an awful head coach, to becoming the most likable team in the league in year 2 with a great coaching staff and player group.
At least you still had a good experience at St.Louis even when things didn't work out I wonder if they could have the UFL championship in Memphis or Birmingham and UFL season 2 i say will only go up from here
I think there's always a chance, the only issue would be how scared the league is of having the Championship game potentially being played in 90° weather.
The heat would definitely be more manageable as one of the biggest arguments for why the earlier start is better is just due to the heat being less near the end of the season.
League does not have a large enough following to have neutral sites. Considering most teams are in the south I'm not sure Canton makes any sense either. Probably should just play at top seed.
The issue is that they can not play at the top seed. We already saw how the league wasn't able to have Ford Field available if the Panthers were to be the one-seed and there is no way they could have all 8 stadiums have that day available. The best option for any of the teams to host the Championship would be SA hosting again since they are in a dome and are closer to a few of the teams. Audi Field would be great due to it being pretty easy to fill 3/4ths or more of the stadium with the only issue being that it's outdoors.
again it was fun talking😂 i think we’re the #1 and #2 bruce gradkowski haters. i just wish the battlehawks had made the championship game. the atmosphere and crowd would have been SO much better. i believe at least 50k would have showed up had the battlehawks made the championship game. but unfortunately it was pretty dead for the most part and the game was pretty bad too
Hopefully Gradkowski is gone next year 🙏!!! I definitely agree with the crowd having been insane if the Battlehawks had ended up making it. I wish we would have been able to see a better game 😭!
There was a dance squad (I believe that's what they were), but not normal cheerleaders. I assume there were but I didn't and up looking for any restaurant or bar to go to.
The majority of those saying it was a bad game, didn't have a dog in the fight so of course it's not gonna be anything to you all, but I bet you ask a Stallions fan, and even though they lost a Bramahs fan I bet it meant plenty to them, would you be saying that if Mich had been there and had a shut out, bet you wouldn't. You'd be hyping the hell out of it.
I have heard many Stallions and Brahmas fans say it was a bad game. A 25-0 shutout where one team did next to nothing on offense is not a good game and trying to act like it was a good game is just wrong. People who didn't have a dog in the fight agreed that the Stallions vs Battlehawks game earlier this year was great, people agreed last year that the Maulers vs Panthers playoff game was great, and there are many other examples. Let me ask why you think I would be hyping the game if the panthers won 25-0? Did you not see what I said last year after everyone claimed that the Panthers vs Maulers game was the best modern-day spring football game ever and how I disagreed with that saying that both the 2022 USFL season opener and 2022 USFL Championship games were better despite not having a dog in either of those games.
