Working out will most likely help is be less fragile when were older. Women may live longer but odler women also fall far more often than men. Working out regularly even into old age will help prevent falls. If you dont want to work out then at least do daily stretching and mobility/stability movements to alsp helo prevent falls.
@@ogtink I am a personal trainer, so I fully support exercising. I see many women exercising too much, and they would benefit from focusing on quality over quantity and getting more recovery. This does not apply to everyone, of course.
@@kbfitbrittthats such an important distinction though, because its not that alot of women who workout workout too much, its that the quality of those workouts isnt the highest and their recovery isnt very good Without any context this short makes it seem like they just need to workout less at all
@@dogrescuer1321 what does your normal diet look like? Do you consume enough calories and protein? I find that I’m more likely to overeat / crave sugar when I’m not nourished in other ways.
@@dogrescuer1321 I found it very hard to eat adequate amounts of food doing intermittent fasting. It was too stressful for my body, I feel it can be very stressful on the female body. I feel so much more nourished on 3 regular meals per day 🙂
@@abcdefghijklmnop7179 I love working out too. For me it’s just been valuable to focus on quality over quantity and give myself more recovery time. You know your body best - do a check in with yourself and see what you feel deep down is best for you on all levels (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually).
@kbfitbritt ah I see I see. If I am correct you are saying something along the lines of focus on improvement rather then numbers (like calories, weight etc) and take care of yourself?
@@abcdefghijklmnop7179 yes, i believe if you take care of your body in a holistic manner it will reflect in healthier numbers & improved aesthetics - without focusing on them, as they are simply a reflection of what’s within. Focusing on quality of exercise, ie slowing down to strengthen throughout the full range of motion, improving mind muscle connection, learning to listen to the body’s signals, rather than doing tons of reps or pushing ourselves really hard has more benefit, and it’s easier to recover from.
So i guess this is a serious question. Women are at high risk to Work Out to much, cause we also menstruate and this is also using a lot of energy. Its a Common problem that women stop to menstruate cause the Body has No capacity left to potentionally get pregnant and not die due to it. Working out to much also messes with your hormone balance and a higher Bodyfat percentagewis actually healthy for woman
@@370freeark if you work out too much (which means you’re not getting enough recovery from workouts), you can mess with your hormones, and it leads to a host of problems - men OR women.
