dont keep ur hopes up so much. these are all petty cases compared to the ones the court dont want to touch but impacts all of us hugely - rafale, abuse of contstn spirit for 370, caa/nrc, forest land grab, activists/students/journos nder uapa, sedition, election bonds, demo, gst, states losing power and resources, NEET, engineered riots - delhi, farm laws, etc etc.
There has been major improvement in Bureaucrary, but Indian judiciary is still the same. Atleast bureaucrats clear OPEN exams to join services with transparency unlike............
Thats a wrong comment. Constitutional framework is based on principle of separation of powers. Executive judiciary and legislature have separate powers exclusive to each other.
Though her conduct towards HC is not acceptable, but after seeing whole video, I understand she is doing good job standing against corruption and also assuring to take action against culprits. This is very difficult job to fight for forest land and stand against big cooperates and her own department and authorities. I have no doubt the reason behind her bad conducts on HC orders are all because of corrupt govt bodies forcing her to withdraw this case. God give her power to fight against corruption and protect forest land rights
Yeah she woke up only after intervention of courts. And now she pledges to take action. Do you think this matter would not have come to her before ? She didn’t act intentionally and therefore should be penalised for her incompetence.

Well technically cabinet ministers rank higher (at rank 7) than high court judges.. Having said that, the officer is responsible to file an affidavit informing the court of her inability to attend.
The Honourable Judge really has a good point for admonishing the civil servant. Inspite of being served summon from Court of being present in Court, she defies the same and such is the audacity that she is justifying by saying that her summon was clashed with the meeting of Cabinet Minister. So the Honourable judge is absolutely correct for it.
Public servants need to behave like "public servants"..not only them but police, ministers, everyone must act as per their designation..One must remember they are working for the "people". The hon. Judge is perfect with his analysis

One reason is that there's hardly any person left who can ' proudly ' say yes I am an IAS or IPS officer. The first letter is 'india' means service to the nation. H’ble Judge shouldn’t compare cabinet ministry above high court….. They are two different systems shouldn’t interfere with each other. Cabinet is indirectly( al most) directly elected by people whose so.e purpose is to serve people.
Till date, this system of British civil service is going on. Once some body selected for this civil services, they feel they are above law as was seen during British period. Most unfortunate indeed.
Use computer scheduling for rostering and all the priorities can be included in the rostering process -- let there be transparent in hearing dates and should not be based on LAWYERS " SKILL" . What ever the seriousness of the matter , taking 10 to 15 years for any case is unjustified.. Need serious look ar adjournment lawyer profession.. It's already in place and also...it happen in regulated manner...moreover the courts generally high court do not endorse adjournment... But ek judge court me everyday 100 case sunta hai.... There are only 20 judges in high court for entire states which have population of more than 6 crores.... Jab recruitment nahi hogi..bench ko strength nahi badegi.. toh kaise kaam hoga ..woh bhi insaan hai ... And moreover saare high court me rostering hoti hai and aap urgent hearing application laga sakte ho
IAS means Big car -- Bungalow and servants for bringing tea -- Only these 3 comes to my mind -- What they do ? perhaps I am doing far better job in IT - This is totally British system still existing.. New trend is both husband and wife are IAS and its policy of central government they have be posted near by so that they can live together .. it is now becoming head ache to the government to manage their family matters . The Cabinet does not pass legislation, the Parliament does! Judiciary interprets the ACT/Statute - made by Parliament within the framework of the constitution.

cabinet minister is not equal to High court plz compare power authority, jurisdiction of High court . cabinet minister can issue any order or direction to HC but it is supposed to follow direction order judgement of the high court , must comply the order do not compare facilities or pay scale given to cabinet minister and HC justices law can be cancelled by HC

I will tell you one thing about these Meena people... most of the Meena got railway jobs without any exams or anything. these meena people are from rajasthan and so they cant be identified by local people that they are placed and working in railway on different posts ... these are posted in different part of India. I am from MP and these are assigned in bengal maharashtra for some years and then shifted to MP ... in our colony there are 90% Meenas in quarters and there are like 80 houses atleast out of which almost 65 to 70 are Meenas I dont know if they got it through reservation or some source but these need to be sorted

Right no one is above the law. The one sitting in the judge is not the law. Sometimes the judge is speaking like he is the law. He is just a presider of the law. He is not the law. Peoples are the law.
Yes they are above the high court that's why they defay the orders,here's the thing,a provision/law should be made of permanent termination from job,only then they'll obey the high court
I have no problem with this conduct of judge. This is done to serve justice to the society. People are thrash talking because they've never been to the court except in these type of videos. Judiciary should be strict like this, or else people will have no respect and consequently led to chaos society. So, people Respect the Rule of law. The judges are not acting beyond the rule of law. Minister has not granted the patta land, but these officers have, thus she is responsible. Ministers pass orders which are always under scrutiny before High Court.
