Thanks mate! Yep its an electric acoustic. In this video the guitar is plugged into a pre-amp effects board where I use the reverb/delay and then straight into the computer. Which is recorded and mixed over the rest of the track.

Tremendous talent you have there my friend. I have now seen all of your YT videos and each is as impressive as the last. One question regarding the guitar itself: is it an acoustic electric? How did you get the reverb/echo into the track? I am a 12-string player for the most part but I love this particular piece and the guitar. Did you do anything special here besides sit down and just play? (Pedals, efx, backing tracks other than the obvious, etc.) Excellent.

Great sound man! Have you ever tried the EP10? I stand at a crossroads whether I should buy EP5 and EP10.. I do not have the opportunity to test the guitars somewhere, so have a little anxiety.

Hi, I was the same but decided to save some money and not get the EP10. However I really do wish I had the EP10 just because I am a huge fan of the vine inlay. It also has a lot nicer pearl around the body - also a better pickup. EP5 is still really nice so your going to be happy with either. Good luck.

Nice playing. I recently bought an EP5, and it's a joy to play. Any idea what gauge of strings it's strung with out of the factory though? I couldn't find any details online. I'm guessing they're 12's by the feel of them.

Any idea how this guitar woudl stack up to a lag t100ace. Very similar guitars in shape and design. Both nice looking. I'm just stuck between this one and the loag t100 slim line and an ovation elite $599.00 model
