God I love how this entire fight is just Ichigo being so fed up with Aizens shit that he taunts him the entire time😂😂😂

I do believe what most people don’t understand about why Aizen hates the soul king isn’t because he wants to be the soul king himself rather he hates the simple fact the soul king is currently nothing more than a figure head unable to actively rule and participate in any sort of decision making without a will of it’s own but a mere tool in the grand scheme of things.

i like how Aizen is playing bleach while urahara is playing yugioh swords of revealing light

I love how ichigo’s first instinct when he arrives is to if everyone is ok and keep them from the danger, his character was always consistent 🧡

What I love in this fight is how Aizen continues to lose it while fighting Ichigo since Ichigo is just overwhelming him, and the fact too the difference between them being how even as powerful as Ichigo got, he retained his humanity, while Aizen, in his desperation to stay the strongest, kept throwing his humanity away, represented by his desire to defeat Ichigo reflecting in the Hogyoku and it mutating him closer to a Hollow-like state.

"Admiration is the furthest thing from understanding." - Aizen Souske Ironic that he was so busy admiring how own colossal mountain of power, he never understood how far below Ichigo and Kisukes plan he was.

My favorite part of this fight is that look of sheer confusion and terror Aizen gives when Ichigo caught his sword, the animation for that facial expression was perfect. You didnt need any words to describe it lol. You could already tell what he was thinking..."The fuck, The fuck just happened" lol

I have a newfound appreciation for the way Ichigo relocates the battle. As strong as he was, he didn't want the possibility of anyone else getting hurt. So he asks nicely. And once Aizen makes it clear he's not going to cooperate he says "fuck it, we are *not* fighting here" and instead of using a surprise attack to potentially end things immediately the very first thing he does is he gets everyone out of harm's way

The face grab while the villain is monologing will always be one of my all time favorite anime flexes. That and Kenpachi deciding he should use both hands instead of just one, lol. Bleach has some good ones. 😅

One undeniable fact is after everything Ichigo did it wasn't enough, Aizen survived his final blast and also his zanpakuto was fading away meaning he was about to evolve to a higher level, that's why in the final chapters of bleach when the Head commander asked for help from Aizen he had grown his powers at an unprecedented level to such an extent that they sealed his powers by 90% but still managed to open a path with his powers alone which all captains couldn't do and as a bonus he destroyed some monsters for them, not to forget that in his sealed state he helped Ichigo defeat Yhawh Bach, obviously from that Alone you could see that Aizen was OP

The more I watch this the more I'm convinced that Mugetsu stops time itself making it impossible to dodge. It has the same particle effects as Hado 90 which makes me think that the attack is a time/space distorting attack that 3 dimensional existing characters can't react to in any way. That it just destroys you at the cellular level. I think Kubo Tite should have killed Aizen off completely from that attack. The attack would have completely destroyed all the particles that made up Aizen and his fancy stone defying the laws of physics "matter can't be destroyed". Seeing Aizen just casually get up from a big slash through the back kind of makes the significance of the attack diminished.

This fight was so peak like actually amazing but i just wish there was a little more sword clashing, TYBW is gonna serve us right

My favorite parts of the battle are of course the face grab bitch slap.. then, Mugetsu causing Ichigo to lose his power just like how the Quincy ult uryuu used to ko mayuri causes him to lose his power.. shows it was probably a Quincy ult. Maybe. Cool if that's true. Then the hogyouku being like, "nah, you need a time out to think some shit through.."

Aizen was talking about being all powerful and stuff but when you go deeper into the story you realize just how flawed that idea was considering the object he was relying on was made by a regular soul reaper 😅 ichigo was born powerful and grew more powerful due to all the bs Aiken put him thru talk about true strength ❤

Ya have to wonder how Aizen scales to the sternritter and in turn Ywach himself. The TYBW has NOT disappointed. Some of the animation is just beautiful. Hope we get extended versions of the upcoming battles in the soul palace.

Aizen's narrative is the most canonically true, and with what's revealed at the end of the TYBW, during the events of CFYOW, and cemented in "The Hell Arc" - Aizen was definitely trying to save his own life, but considering he's almost pacifistic about not killing those he could or should, with what he knew, I believe he was trying to save everyone else, too. Hence why Yhwach thought Aizen would side with him - and if he had, the war would've been over right then.

My favourite part of this fight was reveal that Aizen's feats he was gushing about were Ichigo's. It kind of show how the ending was kind of cop out to justify the next arc.

Most people claim aizen lost this fight. I want to add that the hogoyoku takes on the will of its master. Aizen wanted to lose so he lost. In a way aizen won. Also I want to add that if kisuke didn’t pull up , Ichigo would have died.

Great piece of writing symmetry with the colour palette and the moves, mirroring aizen oneshotting everyone on sokyoku hill. I feel what hits about this fight is that, though he wins by a country mile, ichigo isn’t really into it. He’s lost his will to fight and doesn’t hold anything personal against aizen but recognises that it’s necessary. He’s already grieving because he knows once the fights done he will lose his powers and not be able to protect anyone again. I don’t think The look in his eyes is quiet confidence but grim realisation and sadness.

Looking past all of the keikaku and swords and power leveling, Aizen’s been asking a difficult theological question: what have we put our faith in? A true, living, active god? Or some…husk? Some thing? Something that has no concept of love or empathy or any of the experiences we go through every day? And can something that is not a living, active force actually be considered a “god?” How would we react if we got to see God and figured out we put our faith in a big old nothingburger that can’t do anything?

Plus knowing ichigo's heritage it explains why he lost his powers since its the same technique that uryu used against mayuri just massively changed due to the fact that his soul reaper powers is stronger than his quincy and with the powers mixed we got mugetsu ichigo as a result of the mix

That black haired form, is that the highest form of ichigo? Since it never showed again after the aizen arc. If yes, then aizen could be the most powerful enemy of all time, since ichigo never really defeated aizen yet. Somehow aizen seems cannot be killed, therefore urashiki (is that his name?) Sealed him. Perhaps hes more like orochimaru, not too destructive, but also hrd to be destroyed even by the main villain
