11:41 That part always gets me. Antagonists always say it’s useless but here, with the music and the fact that he’s slapping around Ichigo, you can FEEL it. This Arrancar is death by Nothingness and you can feel it even when he shouts it out. The only thing Ichigo felt when fighting him was despair.

One thing I've noticed over the years is if anyone ever openly says they don't understand the opponent's power, it doesn't matter what they say next, they always loose. Hell, I'm not even sure what the hell Ichigo pulled off during this fight, but if I had to guess, it's probably something along the lines of breaking the boundaries between existences of hollow, human, and soul reaper TWICE, seemingly due to sheer force of will, which is very Ichigo. And since that's basically what Aizen tried and failed to do, I'm pretty sure Ichigo managed to basically transcend his own mortality, if even for a moment, and considering Ichigo is still technically a human, that's like Godly with a capital G levels of power to just resurrect yourself and then also banish the monster you became, again, BY FORCE OF WILL ALONE. Basically, Ulquiorra makes a wild assumption that he's more powerful without understanding the MAGNITUDES of difference between his power and what Ichigo pulled off.

I won’t forget his name is Ulquiorra Schiffer as long as what he needs to is be the essence of being an Arrancar!

Vasto Lorde white was shocking when I first read it. And the anime did not disappoint! It gave me chills when I first watched it. Vasto Lorde ichigo/white was another level of brutal. Fighting on pure instinct. Edit: I also remember this whole arc is WHY I hate orihime. Constant stupid decisions from that arc onwards from her.

Some people really think grimmjow had a chance against ulquiorra 1v1. Even in cfyow he's just as strong as nnoitra. Ichigoat is just leagues above them. Even stronger than yamamoto. And that was white who was fighting ulq. White is a savage and his instinct in a fight was far greater than ichigo's
