Ichiro Suzuki telling Bob Costas the only English joke he knows (well, at the time). For those that can't understand him, the joke is "August in Kansas City, is hotter than two rats in a fu&$*ng wool sock."
what is your favorite American expression? アメリカの言い回しで好きなのは何? --August,in Kansas City,is hotter than two rats f#cking in a wool sock. I have a bad team mate. カンザスの夏は靴下の中でヤってるネズミより暑い。
im trying to find a video or anything saying what ichiro's curse word filled pep talks were like before all star games that a yahoo article referenced today. it was a really funny article saying he learned some Spanish just to talk crap on latino players when hes on the bases. if anyone can find a video or article saying what ichiro would say during the pep talks that would be awesome let me know please
the greatest "dead ball" player since Ty Cobb......140 hits to 3000 and I'm rooting for him to accomplish this......my favorite player of this century and I've enjoyed every minute of his career.....a baseball legend for the ages.....oh....class? Musial, DiMaggio,Yastremski, Jeter class.....
Hahaha, nobody realizes that he speaks brilliant English and drops the F-bomb about the NL after every All-star game. He's great...not to mention his playing.
That's pretty funny... this coming from a guy who said he wouldn't do interviews in English until he had mastered the language. I'd say he's got it down pretty good!!!
Hahaha! He delivers that exactly like an American. For what everyone says about his lack of the English language, and I'm not sure I can comment on how well he speaks English, but if I heard that clip you could have convinced me it was an American.
its just saying that the city, Kansas City is very hot in August. It is just as hot as mice doing their (business) in a very warm wool sock. What Ichiro said was not a joke, but a saying like, " its raining cats and dogs"
