I agree since it’s annoying when the hunter is after you, and leaves without destroying the box and it’s like 😶 mate I’d rather you destroy it than leave it like milk in the sun
if it was ur own team on vc first one found? kiter, use slow music box. greatest rescuer? Rescuer, use slow music box. one with great ping? decoder, use fast music box the one who stays behind the scenes healing and decoding? healer, use fast music box
Basically her Vaulting debuff needs to be completly removed while she's listening to music and She needs to be immune to the slow vaulting speed and slow decoding while using the slow box, Since she's a dancer who loves music. Also her music box's need to take longer to break, And maybe give her a new box if she listens to music long enough? It'd also be cool if she had a talent for finding music box's in chest. Meaning a few of them would glow showing her that one is in there but only if she's out. It'd say something like this. *When the Female Dancer can no longer make music because of her desperation to listen to music her ability to recognize music is increased causing her to have the ability to tell if a chest has a musical instrument just by looking at it*
I also think Emblamer needs to get 2 full heals when downed and maybe heal downed people faster??. And give the people who have the box on an increase in healing while downed too?.

Sry this should be for Halloween mayble next time
When you tell the graphics team you can make the thumbnail... Also, you could technically go Down and Right to maximize saving ability and tight kiting without vaulting. Situational and cannot invest in pallet stuns that way. Against top hunters, I wouldn't underestimate them. Gameplay starts at 9:04
this guide and practically all of your guides are super useful. I love watching all identity v youtubers but I mainly stick with you for guides, tips etc. your guides really helped me get better at the game and I hope you keep doing them (:
I enjoy your guides a lot, they are pretty well rounded and clear, thanks for keeping the good work, this is how I learned to play the game. Thank you.
I’m a B (almost A) tier dancer- These are my tips; As perswayable said use blue box between pallets. I always use the red ones when Im healing next to a cipher to make everything faster! I usually try to save one for the exit gate-incase we NEED to open it faser! Eversleeping is an amaazing map for her btw. I use a rescue persona for her. These are some of my tips shsnji
2v8 she's garbage? What do you mean! I kited a hunter for 6 minutes while everyone else finished decoding. When she disabled me, all my teammates had flare guns so they helped me and we all got out :P
Since her debuff is gone she is just ok to 8vs2 Her boxes is Ok But the Hunter Will Break the box if she just placed one It will be good if you have a technique on The boxes She is Good Because of her buff when she falls she receives 30% Movement speed for 3 Sec Overall She is Ok But If You dont know how to use her She is useless in 8vs2 not as much useless as Coordinator,Coordinator is useless in 8vs2 Because 1 Flare gun and if you got a Chase in the Beginning you Will be Tied up Quickly.
Yeah, since Dancer no longer has any debuffs, she is a very viable option for 2v8. Since survivors have more health states, Dancer gets more opportunities to throw a box down after she gets hit. Plus she can stack her music boxes with other items from the phone booth, like Euphoria Perfume. Dancer can place a blue box and spray perfume when she is about to get hit, if hunter hits, they get that 5 second attack recovery.
Can you do another dancer guide now that her “dread” debuff’s removed? (I started playing around early September this year and when I bought her she didn’t have that debuff anymore). Love your videos!
Bless you and this video, I just found a video where they said she is useless, I was really mad then I found this video of your and this is such a blessing to me
Some people don’t really understand how their main can be a rescuer (mech and dancer). Whenever I play with dancer teammate, they just decode and never ever rescue, leaving me as a prisoner main to go and rescue. Actually, once I was injured and on the last cipher while a mercenary chaired. Kept spamming “last cipher” so the dance can rescue and then I will pop the last one... she literally came to me and pop it for me and left for the exit. I stayed in my place at how angry I was from her stupid act.
I really didnt mean to buy dancer. But I did unintentionally. So I have no choice, I dont even know how to use it properly. thanks for the vid it made me motivated and realize its fun to use. I even dont know whats the usw of that cross thing beside the tool and I just realize its to switch color of the boxes. Thanks. I loved it
Here's usually what I do for Dancer and it usually works out pretty well; use 1 speed up music box on a cipher and decode it, save 1 speed down music box until you're in a chase and absolutely need to use it to live, and save 1 speed up music box to open the exit gates faster. Of course this is strictly music box conservation, so situations may vary, but this method should be followed as closely as possible for maximum effect. Some general Dancer tips though, you should make sure to be by some sort of elevated area to make use of the Dancer's speed boost when landing and make sure to take advantage of the faster vaulting she has while everyone is still alive.
@@Perswayable Yeah, not at the beginning, I'm just saying save and use one on a cipher because of her slower decoding speed, or save it for other situations.
I think it’s a translation issue. At least from Spanish, I know they place genders on words such as “maestro” and “maestra.” They probably just plopped it into Google Translate and because there is nothing for gender it probably just put female for clarification.
Yea i play dancing a lot in this is helpful i now know how to kit with her now bc im not a player who can kit with competitive players but this should help me be way better at it now. And i feel you on the blue boxs they are rlly more helpful than a red box unless it's late game and you're trying to Cypher Rush really fast
I would like to see a prospector guide. In my opinion I feel like he has to stick closer to other people because of the magnet. Considering his ‘background” which doesn’t affect on how you use his character but to me he’s closer to other players also he pushes and pulls people he just likes people
But shes bad and good in 8vs2. 1. The Map will always be Lakeside Village, and in the Future Moonlit River Park will be too so you will always have a hight from somewhere to gain movement speed. 2. Bad in 8vs2 Because her when her teammates die she gets slower vaulting speed but once it gets to 3 Teammates that died its usually only halfway through the game then she has to suffer her de buff for a while.
I really want to play with perswayable, either as a hunter or survivor I saw him in the chat once and sent him a friend request despite knowing that he’d probably already reached the friend limit lmao
You’ll get super used to doing it backwards. I pallet stunned a Black and White Hunter while in the blue backward mode in a row. It was a glorious moment. It’s not impossible, practice makes perfect.
Am I the only one who thinks that her gate opening speed won't be faster with the red music box? I tried it in custom, and it's the same speed with and without red music box. I wanted to check the decoding speed too, but those stupid bots always messed it up...
Why is Dancer C tier/D tier? Do you agree that she might be in higher tiers because hunters are getting more dangerous? I want to play a viable and fun character. I don't want to buy seer because he's not a fun survivor to play, I tried him out with my thanksgiving trial card. If I care more about having fun should I buy priestess or the dancer instead of the seer?
