One of the reasons I couldn't stop watching your videos when I found your channel is because you're really sincere and honest and it makes your material raw in the best way. You don't impose yourself on the viewer, yet you're an excellent narrator and guide. And I appreciate that you don't try to make yourself somehow seem special, you just share the spectacular experiences you have with others in a creative and novel way. The same sincerity and honesty is also obvious here, you don't pretend that you're some linguistic genius, or that you've mastered a language because you can ask questions in it (the "polyglot" underbelly of RU-vid has traumatized me), you just tell people how it actually works for everyone without the BS. I'm positive that in a few months you'll hit well over 100-200K subscribers. Keep it up man - sending love and respect from Paris and Yerevan.

Hi Salukie- I found your channel like 2 days ago while I was binge watching the vids on Israel-Hamas war. I'm originally from/ living in Japan and studied in US & UK, a bit of Italy. Accordingly I speak Japanese, English and a bit of Italian. So reasonably I deeply resonate with your vibes. I had 2 really close Jewish roommates from Argentina and an Israeli boyfriend while studying in Boston, and their family and friends are in Israel right now. Plus I had some Muslim friends too, so what’s happening in Israel/Palestine is nagging concerns for me. I think if you spent sometime out of your own country around the formative years, you’d develop a certain perspective toward the world which makes you more humble and curious since you know in your guts that your common sense is only valid within certain premises, and there’re are tons of people out there living in totally different realities based on other values. It’s the beauty of the world and I feel most comfortable with the people who know it. Keep up a great work! And stay safe and peace. From your fan in Tokyo. xx

I got here through videos in Palestine, you’re very brave and open minded, keep up the good work! I’m an Argentinian-Israeli, now living in the US. As an Argentinian, it is really not that great to be recognized as such by other Latinos around the world. We have the fame of being very arrogant and a lot of people don’t like us. Argentina and Argentinian genetic composition is more European than other Latin American countries and I believe that may be part of the reason for the disdain. Anyway, בהצלחה!

Yes Argentinans are often viewed as racist and arrogant by other Latin American countries because of racist comments made in the media. But just like any place in the world, there are good and bad people. I've met some pretty amazing Argentinans.

Coming to France can be very cheap, depending on where you spot. Even in Metro Paris you can find cheap spots. They would be authentic. Avoid the regions close to Switzerland: cost of living is crazy out there. If not, you can go to Marseille which is a very affordable city and there might exist some direct lines between Israel and Marseille. You could work both your French and your arabic there

Super legal, mano! Keep it up! I’m an American who speaks Spanish (Bolivian mom) & I’m decently conversational in Brazilian Portuguese. I’ve been learning it since the pandemic, & it’s definitely the most beautiful language/accents in the world (along with the with cool music & interesting culture/history). I can also have simple conversations in Haitian Creole (3rd most spoken language where I live-Florida) & Indonesian/Malay (since it’s one of the easiest languages to learn). I barely speak any Russian or Ukrainian but I can read it (learned both Cyrillic scripts). Italian is pretty easy to understand since (like Portuguese) it’s somewhat similar to Spanish but I have no idea how to converse in it, & I understand tiny bits of French because of Haitian Creole but clueless how to say anything besides greetings & some words (like food items).🤷‍♂️ Stay safe & all that, bro!

French is spoken in many countries in Africa: Cameroon, DR Congo, Chad etc.. you don’t have to go to Paris to improven it 😅 but if you want to go to Europe you can go to Belgium or some cheaper French city! Paris is very expensive
