I’m so thankful to you. Your videos really helped me to get my desired band score. I followed your methods and it really worked. I just prepared for a week and overall I scored 7.0, L-7.5 and other three components 6.5. I appreciate your efforts, making these videos! Thank you sir!
Still after 3 years since I started watching E2 videos on youtube, I can't listen to any English tutor if it's not Jay. @Jay, you changed the way I feared IELTS. Thank you / Diego
With just 15 days of your training modules, I was able to score an overall score of 7. L-7.5, S-6.5, W-6.5, R-6.5. Thanks a lot E2 IELTS and thanks to you Jay.
@@jincyammu8838 hey Jincy ! I highly recommend ( ielts-up ) for the listening part and for the reading section ( preparation for ielts exam ) Good luck!
Just got my result, 8.0 in Listening, 8.5 in Reading, 6.5 in Writing and 6.5 in Speaking with only two weeks of self study. E2 videos really helped a lot ! I'm so grateful that I came across your channel ! Thank you very much from Malaysia !
@@keepsmiling4715 tbh if someone told me I am gonna get a 9 in reading I would've laughed out loud for real. I used to struggle with it as well I promise you're not alone. However, if you don't have a problem with the actual content of the passage just work on your approach and strategies you'll be shocked with how big of a change this will make. Keep watching videos for E2 language and there's this girl her name is Asia and her videos are pretty helpful as well. But my favorite tips were: ▪︎don't over think or over analyze the passage you really don't need to interpret or jump to conclusions in your mind 99% of the times If the passage says (the boy dropped out of school) that doesn't mean you will say yes to the question asking if he wasn't into studying because the passage simply didn't state that clearly so you can't just assume. This is really important especially in reading It will truly make a difference. ▪︎recognize which question types you always get wrong or generally struggle with and watch youtube videos for tips for that type of question specifically (for me it was what is the best title for the paragraph, but after watching couple of videos I had 7 of these in my actual test and to my surprise I got them all right thanks to e2 Language video about this question type) the more time you will spend identifying your weaknesses the better you will get and more efficiently. And I really think you will do well on test day my average score on reading in practice tests was around 7 and I NEVER got a 9 on a practice test but thanks God i did get it on test day so just stay calm on your test day and i am sure you'll do better than expected it's really not that hard🙏🏻
Hi Jay, i cannot thank you enough for sharing us your knowledge for free. I was able to get 7 overall score in my first attempt. 7.5(L),7.5(S), 7(W) & 6(R). I wish i was able to perform a tad bit better in reading, but nevertheless I'm grateful for a chance to getting the desired score for applying for my desired course. Love you and your team ❤️🔥. Forever grateful 😄🙏🏻.
First thing no need to panic it’s not that difficult as seen So maintain cool Second thing don’t try to look for some vocabulary you don’t know just free flow with the vocab you know Writing part follow the pattern I followed and had 7 Listening you won’t have time to type answers try to use pencil and paper write it first then type Reading is bit tricky read question 2-3 times Good luck :)
The background knowledge was so freaking accurate i did a mock test in reading and happily i got a "fill the Gap" question guess what i did it without referring to the text because i am a genius i knew all the information about that shity paragraph because it's my field of study and yup you guess it right i got a 0/5 non of them was right 🌚
Isn't it that easy to confuse Australia with Austria? Australia has 4-syllable word and Austria has 3 syllables. It is easier to mishear numbers: 13-19 vs 30-90 if pronounced very quickly
Please can you check for errors in this statement for me? For instance , at the tertiary level students find themselves learning a lot of linguistics where you have to learn more than 20 to 30 languages.
I will be back here with a positive feedback after I have written my IELTS, thank you in advance, I know I got this. I am writing my test tomorrow . I am so confident that, through the knowledge I have gained from this channel and other channels i am surely going to get band score of 7 or more.
Hi Jay, In the last module, will it be discomfort or physical discomfort? I get confused when to use two words. For instance a question on time, am I writing the number itself like 10 or 10 minutes?
Before two days u have made an IELTS exam , otherwise i focused on the hearing anf i forget to focuse on spelling so i hear well but i wrote the words Wrong . If there ability to consider my answers Right to take half mark on ever mistake ? For example in this video i Wrote Concentration ,, Consestration
In Listening test, you are allowed to write your answers in either small letters or capital letters. However, you must stick to your choice from beginning to end. I suggest you use capital letters for legibility.
Why they play tricks 🥺 we can understand this teacher easily and this is what all needed when we are doing conversations What’s the purpose of tricking us why ielts walo why
Hey Jay I gave my exam on July 31st.. I scored a 9 band in listening .. if you want I can send my trf report too.. I will be happy if you reply or connect here.
Hi Mr Jay I am from Saudi Arabia and preparing to ilets test but I have a huge problem I can understand all what you say but I am slow in reading and I take along time to unsure the Question after I feel happy to understand English now I lost my confident. I don't know where I must start.
Thanks for the helpful tips E2. IELTS. It wasn't easy combining work and preparing for the exam within a week in my first attempt. I scored (L7.5, R6.0, W6.5, S7.0) Overall 7.0. Thankful I passed the basic required score for my institution!
I dont have any prom with finding the question but i have a major issue with reading the question most of them are too long and another problem is pronousation what can i do?
I really need help in listening I can't get beyond 6.5 my exam is just at the corner started studying just this month now am stock on listening. Please can anyone give any tips or advice to improve. Would really appreciate it
Hi, I am doing the computer base exam. In the mocks I've done, I always struggle to read the multiple choice questionnaires. I think that your tip of continue reading further questions instead of revising would be the only way to read the different options. Is it possible to go forward and backwards along the different parts of the test? For instance when finishing part 1, advance to read questions in part 2 then continue to section 3 and finally go back to part 2 when it starts the recording. I would really appreciate some help, please
Very often I find that the given answer is slightly different from what I 've written and I don't know if it would count as a correct one. For example, when in the conversation it is mentioned "she felt much more confident" and the task says "write no more than three words", after writing "much more confident", i see to my disappointment that the correct given answer is "confident"... Does someone know how that could count?
Thank you so much guys.. I got an overall score of 8.. I only watched your videos for listening and reading and writing. And only for 3 days. Literally 3 days.. Thanks again
The sound quality of this video is not so much enough. So the request to you that it will be sounds good if your sound quality will be louder. Thanks in advance
