When a guy truly likes you he does not play games: I.e - pulling back, hot and cold, breadcrumbing. If he is doing these things it is because he is unsure about you but still wants your assets. I feel like this should be the preamble to every ‘dark psychology’ ‘do this when he does this’ dating advise video. There is no hope of a relationship working out if he plays games. Place your hope elsewhere and do not give him the assets.

What if he puts you in the friend zone telling you he just isn't ready for a relationship yet but maintains a very close emotionally close friendship till he is ready, but refuses any physical contact because he wants to not only protect himself but you as well. There are no "assets" but he reminds you he likes you but he wants to make sure he is ready before he puts you in that position in his life. He is terrified to loose you but knows you won't wait for him.

Late to the party but watching some of your videos. LOVE your content. I"m in psychology. That doesn't mean I have all the answers. The harsh reality that I don't think most people want to acknowledge, at least from my perspective is that women need to "date down." Do you feel like this is right or not? All the women I know who are in loving, nurturing, successful relationships with men they love more than life itself, all of them, every single one have had to "date down." --- So on the other end, I've advised a few guy friends from a clinical psychology perspective to change their standards, and in respect to looks ... basically "date down." They're all happily married. like super happy. Thoughts? Do you have a video on this somewhere I can watch? Basically do women need to look for lesser hot men/ lesser cool men to find a partner and accept that reality? --- It's only anecdotal evidence, but I've never seen a couple - to date - where the woman was happy unless SHE dated down. I just want a reality check on this. :) Please and thank you. Give it to me straight.
Thats the exact point. Hes basically giving you enough to keep you hooked, not too much so he doesnt give you everything, but not too little so you wont leave. You should just go because if he wanted to be fixed hed be fixed. Hes just stringing you along. Sincerely a former fuckboy.
@@billyb4790 no your right. But it's also because typically we as men are choosing the wrong women. And we also don't uphold any standards. I realized recently as I started to intently work on myself and self improve, that someone who truly recognizes the value of the qualities I'm developing and sees what I'm building they'll stick with me. Those that can't see it will keep moving and weren't worth investing time into. That's not to say I'm suddenly some amazing person. But at the very least I have to give up some temporary pleasures for long lasting happiness. Which is more than most. And anything that could take me away from my path I'm currently on simply isn't worth the consequences of losing my way. You choose women more carefully. Carry yourself with more confidence and control. And things will eventually fall into place. Not because yiur waiting and manifesting. But your actually sowing seeds of progress and you'll reap the benefits later.
This is *exactly* why I no longer believe in lifelong commitments. A person needs to *continue* to prove that they want to be/deserve to be in my life...just like they do in the workplace. People lie, but energy doesn't. And when one's energy tells me they've checked out, I need to retain the power and authority to do the same.
Story time! So basically this guy added me on snap and it was the usual wyll, and that. He said that I was cute and asked me if I was single and things like that. How much better do the options need to be? I don't think I'm picky. I thought men weren't picky. I pulled objective parties and even used AI: I'm a 7. So, I look for guys in this neighborhood who have roughly the same qualities as me. I don't go for the hottest guy in the room. I go for guys with health problems an gay face. I care about them matching my values. There's always something that they find.
Okay so now I would honestly really like to know if this guy who I used to know who teased me and was annoying to me and used to laugh pretty much EVERY single time he saw me and or pointed me out or gave that look towards me that said "She's here!" with or without my family friends who he was close to ...if this guy honestly couldn't stand me or if he liked me ?
