Once upon a time I wasn't a manager but was basically the manager of the store I worked at and if anyone talked shit to my fellow coworkers I would take over the conversation and deadass say, "Look I am giving you two options. Either come up to the window and I will ban you from our store or you can get the fuck out of my store." Hey folks! Never ask the cashier why stuff is so expensive. We don't make the prices. No joke, someone asked me if I make the prices. Sure, the part time 17 year old employee that is still a senior in high school is able to decide the prices. That makes total sense.

You really want help on finding a similar product elsewhere? Treat human beings with respect. That's literally all it takes because so few of them even get that and so many will bend over backwards for nice costumers in a heartbeat. i still, after 27 years on this earth, cant understand why people treat the service people like they are beneath them. This is whats stands between you and what you want, they are the guardians, they are the ones that decide if you get what you want. You are at their mercy. They are doing you a favour. But thats what 'begging for tips/commissions or i dont eat' does to an industry.

It's pretty simple actually. Most people are so angry at the lack of control I'm their own lives that they feel a need to assert control wherever they can. That means that if a person being fired or promoted can hinge on the customers word(or at least the perceptionof such), they will take that and run with it.

Yeah I agree. None of the customers are actually that rude, which is surprising since if you wanted to have a rude customer there's so many options you can take. -The one who has a timed order for 5pm and gets pissy when you give them their order at 5:02pm -The ones who cannot understand and get pissed off about delivery costing extra -The ones who start swearing at you when you tell them that you ran out of something -The ones who literally just call you to complain but when you offer solutions to the problem they just don't care

I appreciate your honesty here. Something I don't get is what is EXTRA different from just a regular debit card that pays your transactions the following day? Also, I would like to here some more of your perspective as a customer service at a credit company, that stuff is interesting!😁
@Yesnaught
@Yesnaught 2 года назад
@@user-mw2sk7pi5x I presume credit rating is built on how much you borrow, and how reliable your repayments are. Extra might borrow under your name, and automatically repay it after a week, using the money you gave them already. Makes it look like you regularly borrow and repay money, which I assume banks like.
@user-mw2sk7pi5x

@@Yesnaught Very nice! So what's implying from that is using a regular debit card just let you stay at the same credit rating you are now?
@Yesnaught
@Yesnaught 2 года назад
@@user-mw2sk7pi5x Probably, since debit cards don't usually involve borrowing any money for any length of time -- your transactions being paid the next day might just be a temporary "hold" used to reserve the money, and it's effectively already gone. If you didn't have the money to start with, the hold wouldn't happen - the transaction usually just fails immediately.

Sometimes people have a brain fart or anxiety though too, which can cause similar to the ordering thing. And yeah, I mean definitely better than even what I've dealt with and I haven't even worked customer service that much. (Especially the airplane one imo.) They seemed kinda picky/needy but not that bad. If this level of ire isn't just reserved for douchenuggets I feel very uncomfortable shopping. Not because I think someone's gonna go off, but I really don't wanna set someone off in their own head even. I am the epitome of I don't want to be a bother. I couldn't upvote this video. As someone with bad eyesight, I genuinely can't read the menu until I'm up near the front. Sometimes the "customer service person is pissed off over stupid customers" meme hides a deep failure to understand there are often perfectly valid reasons for another person's actions and just because you find it annoying doesn't mean you know the whole story and get to judge them on it.
