The songs are from the perspective from the Vikings, who definitely had an animosity towards Christians. The band don't actually hate religious folk. You do you though, I'm glad you still enjoy their music. I actually discovered Blood Eagle back when I was Christian and I forgot why I didn't like it, but it could've been for the lyrics lol. But I was also unfamiliar with metal music and screaming at the time :p

@@alexsava4681 Oh I meant that screaming was unfamiliar to me then, I wasn't referring to you there. Anyhow, non religious folk don't perceive demonic deities as real, so I do understand it's eerie to see who you think is the embodiment of all evil seemingly celebrated, but at the end of the day some people think of it as just mythology. Periphery generally don't take their titles and themes very "seriously", as in they like to goof around.
