If I was An Electric Type Pokemon Gym Leader 

Rotom could be a real pest pokemon to have running around, jumping into random appliances in the warehouse to scare the challenger or draw them into wrong areas and then jumping out of the appliance to leave them in the dark.

Maybe you could do a Water type gym like Nessa or Crasher Wake

I'm shocked that the Electric-type came this soon. I think the next gym you should charge into next is the Ground-type.

Another fun concept, nice! No Legendaries, though. For the next typing, I'd say go with Steel types.

I'm surprised you didn't include Eelektross because of it's Levitate ability.

I like your choices for the team since it breaks away from using other more popular options like Pikachu, Raichu, Elekid’s whole evolution line and such. For the next Gym, I would like to see your take on a Rock or Steel-type Gym. Rock-type gyms are always a staple of gyms and I would like to see your take on a new one.

There’d just be an army of Pichu roaming around in the vents, dark corners, in the wire rooms, I just like the idea of an Army of Pichu venting and being SUS!!! 😂

My Electric Gym would be the 2nd gym. The gym leader will be the owner of a Pikachu cafe (think raccoon cafe) and have a majority of Pikachu just sleeping/playing/hanging around the cafe with an occasional Pika clone here and there. The gym leader is around late 20s/early 30s, blonde bob with bangs, brown corduroys and a yellow shirt with a Peter Pan collar. Team is: Pawmi Pachirsu Pikachu Rematch team/full team: Pawmot Dedenne Emolga Alolan Riachu Pachirsu Raichu

Very nice team! Electric is one of my favorite types. :) I hope either Ground or Ghost is next. My Gym would be a maze in a power plant powered by Tesla Coils. Each room has three doors, and you choose which door to divert power to. Up until you open the door you can change it. Two doors would have Trainers, one would have an empty hallway leading to the next room. My team would be: Pikachu (favorite Pokémon and ace) Ampharos Toxtricity Magnezone Vikavolt Luxray My badge would be shaped like a Tesla Coil.

The fact that you’re willing to include both a Paradox Pokémon AND an Ultra Beast (the latter as part of a rematch team) shows that you can be a very scary guy when you choose to be, Mystic. As for the Legendary rule, I don’t see why you couldn’t make the substitution for the rematch team as well. Go big or go home, y’know?

Magnezone, Vikavolt, Jolteon, Alolan Golem, and Electivire are my best guys for this type. Too bad Vikavolt and Alolan Golem aren’t in the recent games. I would probably have Zekrom, but that be way too OP.

Can’t wait to see what the Ice type brings. It gets dunked on a lot, but it can also be a major threat if you’re not prepared

These vids give me an idea. There should be official vg tournaments with the concept of a full team based on one type.

How about Steel types? Would love to see how unique you can make it since Jasmine’s gym doesn’t really have a theme and Byron is just a miner/factory theme

For a distraction(or help) you should include a pikaclone (doesn’t matter which one as long as it’s an important pokemon to the factory/warehouse maybe like a mascot ?) run around into different rooms (maybe to try to either guide the player or lead them directly towards a gym trainer battle)

Love the breakdown for the teams at different badges! I've never been a fan of trainers having legendaries, but not bad as an option to add

I like the Fairy type list, even if it was a little expected in a sense. Also, go for the Water type next for this series. I think it'd be cool to see what you come up with. For my Electric type Gym team, I would have a few of the same ones as you. Pawmot, Magnezone and Kilowattrel. For my 2 other members, I'd have Luxray and Vikavolt.

This gen really does have some fun electric types to use. I loved doing my violet playthrough with a pawmot (except for the evolution trick) and I'm doing my scarlet one with a kilowattrel

So, silly as it may be, I have what I think would be a fun concept for an Electric Gym: a 70s disco. With Elesa having stepped down to focus on her modeling career, I have taken over as the Nimbasa City Gym Leader, and what have I made it into? A 1970s discotheque. Yes, Nimbasa is the leisure center of Unova, and with it inspired by New York City, what better to make it themed after than Studio 54. I am known as the Pokémon Disco King, a famous Trainer AND Pokémon Coordinator. And with the flashing lights of a disco, Electric seemed like a perfect match. My Gym Trainers challenge the Trainers by doing mini-Pokémon Contests: the Gym Trainer has one of their Pokémon do a move in one of the five Contest categories, and the player has 30 seconds to pick one of their Pokémon and have them do a move of that same Contest category. If they score higher, they continue; if they score lower, they have to battle the Gym Trainer if they want to progress. After getting past four of them, they challenge me to try and get the badge. There I’d stand on the main dance floor, a neon-light floor under the disco ball, dressed in my yellow and black disco suit and platform shoes, snapping my fingers and tapping my foot to the beat as I wait for the challenger to approach and after I accept their challenge, I declare, “Let’s boogie!” as a disco version of the Johto Rival Song plays. As I picture myself being the 6th Gym Leader, I have a team of five Pokémon. I start off with Magnezone, since it seems like a perfect corollary for a disco ball. After Magnezone would come Alolan Raichu; figuring because it has a surfer theme, it would kind of work as a hippie surfer. After Alolan Raichu comes Pawmot. This may not be the best match, but it being an Electric/Fighting Type in my head just feels like it would work well as being a disco dancer. From there, I go to my fourth Pokémon: Toxtricity Low Key Form. Being that it is based on a bass guitar and the bass line is so important to disco music, that’s another perfect fit. And finally, we need a drummer for that beat, so my final Pokémon and Ace would be Rillaboom with the Electric Tera Type. If you can get past all five of my Pokémon, I admit defeat and congratulate you on “getting through my Pokémon Playlist” and award you the Disco Badge: a disco ball with an eighth note made out of yellow electricity on the front of it with the TM being Volt Switch, referencing it almost like it was a dance move. As for my rematch team, I would probably add in Luxray. Lions are the kings of the jungle, so what could be more fitting for a disco king/the king of an urban jungle?

If I was an electric-type gym leader, my gym puzzle would involve gathering batteries from the gym trainers to power the gate that would open the door to the gym leader, but not all trainers have batteries so you have to find a symbol on the ground that the correct trainers will be wearing (symbol changes with save file). This gym would be gym 6 and the team would consist of: Eelektross, Magnezone, Rotom-W and Electivire The rematch team would have Sandy Shocks, H-Electrode, Eelektross, Magnezone, Rotom-W and Electivire

Pokemon for distraction: either Rotom or Dedenne. Also, "I don't want to use Legendary Pokemon".. Proceeds to put a Paradox Pokemon on gym leader team.

For an Electric Type that could pester Trainers during your Gym Challenge, I could see Pawmi or Dedenne working. Them being based on rodents, maybe if a Trainer is taking too long with picking the wires, one of them could come in and chew on the wires, resetting some of them

For electrician theme Electrode, Magnezone, Rotom, vikavolt, Bellibolt, like you said Xurkitree this is just off of what I think Pokémon that can help electrician

If I was a Gym Leader special at Electric Types, my Pokemon team are Eelektross, Wash Rotom, Alolan Raichu, Vikavolt, Low Key Toxtricity, and my ace for the team is Magnezone that uses Discharge. Can you please do at least one of my two favorite types, Ghost or Poison types for next video?

Hey Mystic, got any good team suggestions for Pokémon Quetzal? This is all I could come up with so far. Primarina Excadrill Galvantula/Ampharos/Manectric Sneasler Obstagoon Arcanine I try to forbid myself from using more than one starter.

Electric is my favorite type in the franchise next to Dragon. If I was assembling a team around it as Gym Leader, my team would be Jolteon as my ace, Heliolisk, Magnezone, Dracozolt, Pawmot, and Vikavolt. I feel that would be a pretty strong team to put together. As for my Gym, I was thinking it could be a sound studio where the player will be in a room, and they have to guess what music is playing. If they get it right, they proceed; if they get it wrong, then they have to battle a Trainer. Given my team, I'd say I'd be around the 6th, 7th, or 8th Gym. And really, I'd be glad to represent Electric in any way since a lot of Pokémon I love come from this type.

If I were an Electric Type Gym Leader, I’d have my Gym hidden in an arcade. Challengers would have to win about 15 or 20 tickets in order to challenge me. My team would have Dracozolt, Jolteon, Eelektross, Hisuian Electrode, Kilowattrel, and Boltund. My Gym’s badge would look like a battery, and I’d call it the Spark Badge.

I would love to see a type team series with no specific restrictions, except a one legendary per team so as not to fill a team with too many legendary pokemon, just the most powerful team you can create no regional specifications.

You could have morpeko running around that could either help or benefit depending on the form

Next, I'd say Dragon Now onto my usual BS lol If I were an Electric gym leader, my whole schtick would involve providing lighting for shows (any kind, so yeah), and the gym puzzle would involve shining light on the various shows going on at the same time, and to add to the player's progress, the music would progressively get more and more amped and add more instruments to it (I'd imagine a rock band going first, a model's runway second, and so on and so forth) Once all the lights have been shined on the various shows, the door to the leader would open, with a light revealing my silhouette to the player until they reached my room, where the silhouette light would disappear and lights would illuminate the arena. After the mandatory dialouge, the battle would begin. So for the full rematch team, I decided to go with the following: Jolteon (lead) Emolga Electivire Luxray Raichu and my ace, Mega Ampharos And to mix things up, I'd also come at the player with a few unexpected choices for what I'd do (like maybe make my Raichu Terastalize into a Dragon type, or maybe Dynamax my Luxray or Electivire, or heck, even have Electrium Z on my Jolteon). And to further give the player a challenge, I'd have some moves that would counter any Ground types they might have (like Ice Punch on Electivire, Ice Fang on Luxray, and even Surf on Raichu) Upon defeat, I'd give the player Electroweb (as a few of my Pokemon would have it), and the badge would be a spotlight shining a light. Hope you enjoyed this part of the whole thing as well

My electric type gym would be a lighthouse puzzle where you have to use refraction off mirrors in order to bounce light in the room to a single target my team would be a double battle strategy with electric surge pincurchin and a lanturn with rain dance leading as well as electross, toxtricity a mega ampharos and a bellibolt with an annoying Move set as my ace and I’d be dressed as a lighthouse keeper with a rubber under suit and cotton insulated gloves

If I were an Electric-type Gym Leader Character design: I am gonna go old fashion, and be a mechanic and an inventor. I know it’s been used by Volkner & Clemont, but if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. My HiK character has the ability to utilize his mechanic skills, but this version will have sole focus on it. He has the usual goggle on his forehead for eye protection, a tank top with a thick brown vest and belt with all his tools and equipment for his craft, along with cargo pants to add the extra nerdy flair. Of course, I would also have the Air Shoes as a list choice, probably not along the same line as my HiK character, but able to levitate. His attitude will be the wild curiosity on all sorts of tech, finding the faults, and inventing and improving on it. Basically, the personality will be very similar to Mei Hatsume in MHA, whereas being a gym leader is just a way to get inspired to create new inventions through different trainer battle strategies. Gym Design: A huge warehouse workshop, purposefully messy, although maybe more so with my gym leader’s lack of cleaning and organizing. So basically the place is a giant maze of clutter for the challenger to go through. There will be roadblocks in which it will be impossible to move forward, but you will have either bodybuilders to help you move stuff out of the way, engineers to fix devices, or scientists who can get the right program in to get the machine working. Of course, you would have to challenge them before earning their assistance. Once you get through all that, you can finally get to me. Pokémon: Electric-type gyms have been a constant thing in Pokémon games, ranging from early-mid to late. My choice would be a mid-late level, around the fifth/sixth a trainer would face. In addition, I’ll make it even more interesting, and make my gym a double battle gym, for the positive and negative powers working together. The final Pokémon is his ace, and gained from an invention gone wild. It’ll be around Lv. 30-35, and four Pokémon: -Ampharos: Ability: Plus. Moves: Confuse Ray, Ice Punch, Power Gem, Charge Beam -Manetric: Ability: Minus. Moves: Thunder Wave, Fire Fang, Snarl, Charge Beam -Lanturn: Ability: Volt Absorb. Moves: Confuse Ray, Discharge, Whirlpool, Brine -Dracozolt: Ability: Volt Absorb. Moves: Discharge, Dragon Tail, Rock Slide, Wild Charge For the rematch team: -Ampharos (Can Mega Evolve): Ability: Plus. Item: Ampharosite. Moves: Thunderbolt, Dragon Pulse, Light Screen, Volt Switch -Manetric: Ability: Minus. Item: Electric Seed. Electric gym I'd probably be very easy to defeat. Electric types tend to be very fast and special hitters but low defense and I like my dogs. Jolteon, Bolthund, Kilowattrel, Zebstrika, Elektross. Held items would be a must in order to damage opposing teams, especially prepping for 'mons like Swampert or other ground types.

Next up I wanna see something challenging so rock type or bug type

Personally I don’t like an iron hands for the gym battle. Rematch maybe, but I’d do Electric Tera hariyama to foreshadow that I would be using iron hands in the future for a rematch
