it's feels like a problem when you try to go from 21 to 12 directly. If you slowly reduce the fat intake you will reach that by six months , but 12 isn't realistic , I mean he is black , it won't be tough for him to get 12% so don't take advice on that , I need to work all day so I am around 15% , a lean body and energy.
@@Koldyuki if you are 15 percent and having a problem getting down to 10 to 12 percent range then you are probably not on the right diet and or program. You need to carb cycle and add a refeed every two weeks. Also a deload once every 6 weeks. It's seriously not that hard. You just gotta work smarter.

My lowest was 8 or 9 (full 8 pack and striated cheeks) but couldn't hold it for longer than a couple weeks. I played basketball 3-4 times a week, and lifted heavy 2 times a week to maintain muscle. Intermittent fasted and ate high carbs/protein and low fat and a caloric surplus on workout days. low carbs, high fat/protein on non workout days and had a slight caloric deficit. I held 10 percent with ease. You gotta work smarter not harder. If you know how to cook, the food is delicious and that's key to be able to sustain the diet.
